I've been here multiple times and always received excellent care. Other health problems forced me to reschedule two appointments, day-of, no problem. I typically ask more questions than health care professionals like to, or indeed are prepared to answer. The dentist here has always been eager to answer all questions in a clear and detailed manner. As an aside, I have a back issue that causes me pain when I sit straight up in a chair without heavy lumbar support. I happened to mention it and they brought out a pillow seemingly just for that purpose! The thing was spotless-white and looked brand new. Dr. Simmons' primary focus is patient comfort. She really takes the time out to understand your needs and concerns. I can not recommend her enough!
