Yes I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shannon - she’s compassionate. She listens, observes & remembers, she is very thorough & a really good diagnostician - she’s phenomenal. She readily seeks (if needed) a specialist opinion - when it will be good for the patient. In recent years there are more & more PCPs who don’t want to refer patients - they want to be the sole opinion - which isn’t good medical practice. A physician who either doesn’t know when they should refer or doesn’t want to refer - is at the very least arrogant (possibly greedy ?) & at worst is dangerous - because it can put the patient’s health & well being at risk (in my opinion). Dr. Shannon always puts the patient & their care first.
Staff are rude and treat patients badly. Doctor is impossible to get in touch with by phone.

i would not recommend Dr. Shannon: she was unable to diagnose my medical issue - did not communicate with me - and discharged me as a patient without any explanation or discussion.
