4 hours for a 10 minute visit, and she did nothing at all, endangering my life. Will probably be going to hospital in a couple days because of her.

Dr Rocha takes her time with you and discusses your concerns. She's very thorough, and very likeable. Has excellent bedside manners!

This was the most awful experience I've EVER had with a provider, I wish there was 1/8 star. The entire appointment was about her, and if she could do something, I should be able to do the same thing. She purposely left out a diagnosis I've had for years stating I never informed her, and she refused to refill my very basic prescription that I've had for years stating numerous times, "I need to get to know you first." That statement is and was completely inappropriate. I had brought my empty bottle in and showed her. I moved to Grant's from ABQ for a job. I had wonderful PMS providers in ABQ. Dr. Roche was given access to all of my pertinent medical records, yet she would not refill my prescriptions; that shows me she did not even review my records. What kind of provider does that? I have faith PMS in Grants has other wonderful, caring providers, which I will discover in an upcoming appointment. I was a patient of Dr. Rocha for over a year. It was a waste of time. She has a seemingly nice personality which is why I kept going back. Eventually when my health kept deteriorating and I started questioning whether or not she could do anything to help me her attitude became dismissive. Then I saw some of the things she had written to another physician about me which were completely untrue. She suggested I refused to discuss things with her. I would never do that. I want to get better.

When I am concerned about a health problem she writes it off and does not answer questions, recommending me to surgeons was a joke as she wrote false statements in the recommendation letter, does not take time to explain things to me. Very unhappy.
