Dr Archan Shetty is by far one of the rudest doctors I have ever gotten seen by . She was extremely rude from the moment she walked in to the room . When she asked me questions she would cut me off & not let me finish. I drove 1 hour and half away I called them before I made an appointment and I told them what I needed the doctor refused to draw my labs & refused to give me the service I needed . I can’t believe the type of service I was given by this doctor . She’s the worst I have ever been seen by . If you go to this practice please ask not to get seen by her as she doesn’t let you speak and refused service to you . BEAWARE !!! Patricia Petrick is the best in her field. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We need more like her!

I saw Dr. Petrick as a new patient, and was impressed by her attention, thoroughness, and concern during my visit. She listened, discussed, and then established a game plan for me to follow going forward. I saw dr. Petrick many years ago. I have to say she is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. I was referred to her by a therapist thinking I was having panic disorder when in fact I had Graves disease that she failed to diagnose overlooked it even though she had reports showing otherwise. For more than two years I walked around with cardiac arrhythmias do to doctor Patrick's negligence when dr. Patrick learned of Herrera she refused to give me medical records and in fact some of the original letters sent we're changed. I hope over the years Dr Patrick has matured. My experience was awful animal therapist that sent me to her said she would never send another client to her.

On my initial visit Dr. Petrick spent a lot of time with me discussing my medical history, my food preferences, my exercise habits, my total medications, and my goals. She exhibited incredible patience - I did not feel rushed. She answered all my questions at my level of understanding (I am a techy with a strong understanding of physics, chemistry, and biology of diabetes). I got a strong feeling that together (she and I) would address my diabetes and come up with a workable plan. Her patient-doctor interaction is very pleasant - very easy to relate to. She even showed great concern about choosing the right medications within the constraints of the insurance policy. I really felt she was on my side. She did not read me the 'riot act', she listened and gave me great feedback that has properly motivated me. I also received a glucometer (at no extra cost; Verio) that has an associated smart phone app that records all the readings and present them in multiple formats, including PDF (which makes it convenient to send the doctor a copy in between appointments). The regular glucose readings has allowed me to drop mu A1C by 2 full points in 2 months of my paying attention. In short, I would give Dr. Petrick 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Dr. Petrick is thoroughly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. She spends as much time as needed with you and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Petrick is an EXCELLENT MD in every aspect of patient care. She definitely knows her stuff and stays current medically. Initially I felt she might be a little "distant" - however she is exceedingly approachable- really gets to know your health status as well as stresses that may be influencing your condition. She is definitely worth waiting for as she is like Docs you used to know - she listens, spends time with you, educates you. She is the best and knows more about me than my family MD
