I absolutely love Dr Hurford, she goes above and beyond and her staff is excellent. I have been a patient for a few years now and her staff knows my name when I call. Jeff Todd, her assistant is very good and listens very well. Nicky and Karen are and have been amazing with setting up procedures and keeping me up to date on my treatment plan. What a gracious, competent lady.

I made appointment with her for pain mangement but they had me see her assistant who was rude and refused to treat me I am a senior citizen with severe low back pain I had a pain Doctor who retired in 2019 he was great so replacing him has been a problem They treated me like I was nothing Do your homework before going to this place

Dr. Patricia Hurford is the workmen’s Comp doctor I have to see after I was injured at work . She has belittled me as well as disregarded my health issues while my pain has increased. I believe her lack of treatment is to retain business from my employer. My pain has only increased which I have made her aware every time I have visit her. I love Dr Hurford and her staff. I have been her patient since 2016. They are kind and thorough. How any client of Dr Hurford's could not rate her 5 Stars is beyond me. Thank you Dr Hurford and your staff.

Dr.Hurford is my employer doctor and is treating me for a work injury. My experience with her as my Workmen’s Comp. doctor has been extremely hard physically (still in pain)and emotionally disheartening. She’s in my opinion a horrible pain doctor and I wouldn’t recommend her. I feel she doesn’t care to see you become healthier by managing your pain, being attentive and transparent. She has minimized me continuously telling her I’m in pain and disregards me like a dog. Get a second opinion and read everything before leaving her office.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hurford. I started seeing her after an on-duty vehicle accident in 2016. During the appointments, she actually sat and listened to what I was telling her about the pain. She did numerous invasive and non-invasive procedures on me. Aside from her knowledge on pain management, she seems to constantly doing research and staying up to date on procedures and medications. I am probably back to 90% pain free. Concentrating on weaning off of the meds now. If one of my family members or coworkers were looking for a pain management doctor, she would be the doctor I would recommend. In fact, she really is the best doctor I have ever been treated by, no matter the type of specialty needed.

I caution anyone who may go to Dr. Hurford. She should not be allowed to prescribe prescription medication when she is unaware of the law changes involved with the opioids. Her office is so confused as to what insurance they accept. I would pay attention to any bills they may send you. Dr. Hurford is very rude. During our conversation I dont believe she heard a word I said. i would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I was a patient of Dr. Hurford's from 1996 through 2004, and I would still be a patient had my insurance not changed! She is AMAZING! I have never felt uninformed or ignored, and she spends a great deal of time explaining, in detail, everything and anything which isn't clear! Her care is thoughtful, well considered, and never pre-emptive: she makes sure you are on board with whatever she proposes, and if she and you have different opinions, she will make sure that your wishes are honored whenever possible. I've seen a LOT of Doctors in my lifetime, and I have a pretty good sense of who's good, who's bad, and who's great - Dr. Hurford is one of those very rare physicians whose medical skills are outshone only by her seemingly endless well of compassion. I literally LOVE Dr. Hurford!

I have a lot of faith in Dr. Hurford and truly appreciate all that she has done in aiding and educating me in getting me back to some normalcy. Overall, I feel so much better and in control of my pain. I’m learning to deal with what I can and enjoy the days when I am able to more. Thanks Dr. Hurford!

Dr. Hurford took time to ask all about my problem and told me options and the plus’s and minuses of each course of action. I really felt in control of my care.

The attention that Dr. Hurford gave to me in addressing my concerns and direction towards me returning to my normal active life, is greatly appreciated. I feel as though she is genuinely concerned and that her heart is truly into taking care of me.

This office is terriable and the dr is so rushed and behind you are never sure that she knows which patient you are. Plan to wait awhile as the office is poorly run. I've heard most pain doctors are like this so maybe I expected to much. I was referred to this dr post surgery but will not see her again. Her PA was awesome the one visit I saw him and he sent me to an amazing spine PT.

I like Dr. Hurford, but, the wait times are ridiculous. The first time I was there it I waited over an hour to be taken into the office and then waited an additional 45 minutes to see the doctor. It's difficult to get return phone calls to set appointments. They are super slow at calling in prescriptions - takes five or six days to get a refill.

Office staff is rude. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls to plan appointments. After leaving a message and not getting a return phone call for 2 weeks, I called back first thing in the morning and still got voicemail and left a message and still no return, so I pushed zero thinking the system was broken and was greeted by a rude administrator who suggested going back to the same cue. Terrible patient care - go with a different doc this one doesn't want to see patients.
