Had a 12:15pm appt with Dr. Campbell on 1-30-2023. The waiting area was empty. Not 1 person waiting. I arrive at 12pm sharp. I was checked in and vitals taken. I'm placed in an exam room and wait, and wait, and wait. Note: this office goes to lunch from 1-2pm. Outback Steak House door dash delivers food at 12pm. I finally walk out at 1pm after not having been seen. This Dr has no respect for patients. Be warned.

Great doctors but the administrative staff is extremely poor quality. It took 8 business days and numerous phone calls to get a referral faxed to a specialist once it was ordered by the doctor.

The staff is great, however, if you need something you can't actually talk to a person.... you have to call and leave a message that nobody returns!!!! My mother has been out of her medication since last week and they haven't emailed the pharmacy back or returned my mothers call from LAST week!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! DO BETTER LIBERTY DR'S!!! Dr. Campbell has been our Primary care Dr for over 20 years. We have used others. Including doc in the boxes. Most of which turn you out on rotation for the quick buck. We appreciate Dr. Campbell for the time she takes and the care she gives, never in a rush as she listens to us about what’s going on. We have come to appreciate her for her genuine care and professional attentiveness. Thank you for delivering the highest medial care to our family! I enjoyed Dr .Campbell, I was seeking a Doctor preferably female to help with general overall health and anxiety issues. This is close to my home so is wonderful also. Yes, you may end up waiting on her but she doesn't rush you, listens plus is thorough. I have a follow up in month, so will review again. The doctor is good but it’s impossible to get your prescription refilled. I’ve been without one of my prescriptions for the entire month of October. I don’t understand why it takes so long. It was refilled 5 days ago at the wrong pharmacy. I’ve been begging for a refill for almost a week now. I cannot function without this medication and am now failing my courses and have fallen behind on almost all of my day to day normal tasks. The withdrawals from medication for people who actually need it are terrible. This isn’t fair to us as patients and it’s extremely stressful for people who are practically disabled unless they are managing their disorders with medication. I give Doctor Campbell and Michael Majetic 4 stars. The reason for the 1 star is the staff. I cannot get my meds refilled, no one calls you back, I can never reach anyone. The staff is severely inadequate. I can’t believe this is American medicine. My pharmacist had to give me a 3 day supply of my meds simple because the office is not calling my refill in. That's the best doctor I've had in my life Dr. Campbell is sweet

I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell for over 10 years! I was with her when she was with Palmetto Primary Care and I will stay with her till the day I die or she retires! She is the best listener and gets to the root of your problem or pain. I always get a same day or next day appointment when I need to be seen. Dr. Campbell has been my doctor for over 10 years and she is amazing. She and her nurse Joy have helped me so much with my pain and the other medical issues I have. She listens and is very easy to talk to. Thank you Dr. Campbell!!

I saw Dr. Campbell for the first time yesterday. I really appreciate her. I was in a car accident a little over a month ago. The first doctor I saw was very nonchalant about my care and basically told me I will be fine. I found Dr. Campbell online. She listened to me. She had compassion. She sat down and engaged. She gave me her undivided attention. She deliberated on causes to my pain. We talked about what the best options for me. She is going to help me get through this. I’m thankful. Been seeing her Id say for over 30 years. I look forward to seeing her for all my needs. She takes her time listening to everything. You have to say so you and her can decide . Whats best for you. Long. Very long wait times over an hour in the room waiting to be seen i could have left if i had not been called back. Very disrespectful to my time. 3:00 appt 4:30 and still not seen

My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetics. Trying to reach there personal or to have anyone to call you back is a joke. You leave messages no answers for days on end. No medicine bc there office screwed up. Do not recommend this doctor or office to anyone. Worst I've seen will be going elsewhere for sure to make sure my husband is taken care of. If I could give them a 0 star I would. This doctor office and all the staff is unprofessional!!!!!!!!! They misfiled the wrong billing code for labs I had done and they won’t resubmit the correct billing code. Which resulted in my insurance provider declining the bill. This have been going on for a 2 months. I left voice messages for the nurse, the office manager Dawn, the receptionist etc.... and I have yet to receive a call back. Now it’s to the point the bill has reached collections. I would never patronize this doctors office again nor will I refer anyone to it. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Dr. Campbell is very good, but the staff is TERRIBLE!!! They NEVER returns phone calls. Reported it to corp. headquarters and they said, sorry but nothing we can do! Getting a new doctor.

worst doctor and practice ive ever seen!

Horrible wait times, usually over an hour after your scheduled time before even called back, then wait more before doctor enters the room. Dr spends maybe 5-10 minutes then off to next patient. Uncalled for wait times.

My family member has tried to reach Dr Campbell's office for nearly a week. In need of life saving medicine and NO one will take care of it. Also, misfile insurance from this office has my loved one denied medicine. Poor form y'all :/

Personable and kind. Takes time to really listen to her patients. Great primary care physician.

I am not a patient of Dr Campbell, however, as a health insurance broker I've referred several clients to her and they have all been very happy. I highly recommend her!

Though Dr. Campbell may come in a few minutes late, it is because she spends the time to talk to her patients. I have been so happy to have her as a Doctor for these past couple of years. She is someone who genuinely cares.

Didnt care just hurried in and out. Very unpersonal . Felt like i was a bother to her. She has stopped practicing now as of this month. A shame i think at one time she was a compationate caring doctor but has lost interest. And i am somebody that dont like to change doctors. But if she hadnt retired i was gonna change docs. Office staff sit and play with there phones till you interupt them. Then you are a bother. Very rude, office manager very rude,1 nice girl Michelle she should geta medal
