I agree with others comments. Dr Brumbaugh is the best general medicine dr I have ever been too. She gives great referrals & actually listens & diagnoses you properly! Love that they have a lab so test come back in 24 hours not days. Her front office staff is great to work with & gets paper work faxed around pretty quick.

Takes the time to listen to concerns, answer questions and seems genuinely interested in your well being. I have complete confidence that medical care I receive is accurate.

Dr Brumbaugh has been my doctor for the last 20+ years. She really takes her time to know you, listens and cares about her patients.

I recently had to change drs and was very anxios about seeing someone new. I have been Dr Brumbaugh's office several times now, and at each visit she has been very attentive, very easy to talk to, and very thorough. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and professional. I am grateful to have found this office and Dr. Brumbaugh and would highly recommend her.

She was attentive and kept such impeccable notes that I often just thought she was remembering all these specific details about me! Good experience with Dest West Physicians as an office in general.

Her careyes has gone downhill

The corporate nature of New West puts profit over patient so be careful. The front office is the rudest group of people I've had to deal with. They really don't like talking to patients, they would rather talk to each other. You can really hear this if you try to call the office. Four minutes of recordings before you can talk to a person who doesn't like you. After six years they still treated me like it was the first time I walked The office manager does not tolerate any backtalk from patients

I have been seeing Dr. Brumbaugh for 10 years. She is a fantastic doctor with a great bedside manner. she is a great listener. So happy to have found her when I moved here! I have also seen others in her practice and have found the same fantastic service.
