This office has deceptive billing practice. They over-billed, double billed and billed you for no-shows even after they re-scheduled the appointment for you. The customer service was horrible. The office manager would hang up on you when you had a legitimate dispute. The secretary would tell you that the doctor was with patient all day and all week. For a long-term patient over three years like my husband, you don't even deserve a phone call directly from your own doctor under any circumstances. REPLY to Doctor's Response: I could not believe this doctor is threatening for the truth I told --- nothing but the truth. I claimed her office has deceptive billing practice for the following reasons: 1. My husband has been a patient with this doctor since 2016. At NO time he can get hold of her over the phone regarding any of his medical issues that only a doctor can answer and will only take less than 5 minutes, i.e. a quick question on his lab report or prescription. The only way he can get his concerns answered was to make an appointment to see her so she can bill his insurance. The doctor claimed she called her patients regularly regarding medical issues day and night. Sure, she does that and CHARGES as if it is a full appointment, and do not even go through insurance (doctor can speak up if I am wrong on this). 2. The doctor defrauded the patient by non-legitimate charges. Her office held patient liable on the contract terms which was unenforceable. Her staff re-scheduled the appointment for a later date. At no time her office had requested the patient to show or informed him with the no show fee. No patient would expect to be hit with a no-show fee for a Re-Scheduled appointment which had already been AGREED on. It was NOT first time this happened to my husband and I believe this is her regular tactic to defraud all patients to earn extra money. 3. The doctor claimed she witnessed my phone call with her staff, which contradicted with her secretary's statement that "the doctor is with patient now and will be with patients all day and all week." If she did witness she was not busy seeing patients. The fact that she did not bother to talk to me showed how much of her lack of care about her long-term patient. I hope her office recorded the call it will clearly show I was being abused by her office manager and hung up on. This office has deceptive billing practice. Absolutely WONDERFUL doctor!! Dr. Bogema is the nicest doctor I’ve ever met. She takes the time to listen and not just get you out of her office and onto the next. Dr. Bogema has been my physician for many years. I appreciate her professionalism and her compassion. She listens attentively and is always looking for solutions to health problems in the most thorough and integrated manner. I appreciate her dedication to continual training to find the most current and effective solutions for complex issues. This office has deceptive billing practice. They overcharged, double-charged and charged you for no-shows for the appointments that you already re-scheduled. The service was horrible, the office manager would hang up on you and never allow you to talk to your doctor directly.

This Dr. is mostly interested in selling her own vitamins. Do not go see her.

Dr. Bogema used to be an elite professional in the field of hormone management. But her staff and office policies focus more on the business end instead of caring for their long term patients. The last couple of times I saw Dr. Bogema she couldn’t look up from her papers writing notes, she has lost almost all compassion for her patients as she scurries to the next patient. Her practice has sold out too any product or service that she pleases at a premium price. Extremely disappointed. To continue the dr called me at least 4 times this last 12 hours to harass me about this review. I don’t think patients want free service, they need compassion and feel like their healthcare team is there to support their healthy goals. Dr. Bogema's Bio impressed me and I am looking for a new doctor. I called her office to find out if she gives interviews and how much it would cost. It is only natural that patients should have a choice before they commit. I was told she does not do interviews. Very disappointing! I believe Dr. Bogema might be a very good doctor and because I did not get to meet her I gave her top stars anyway for things I cannot judge-just to be fair.....

I love Dr. Bogema, Ariel and Amber the nutritionist. They have helped me so much over the years and really keep me motivated to make my health #1 priority. The office staff are the absolute best. They always greet me as if I was an old friend. They’ve gone above and beyond for me and multiple occasions. I’m proud to say my doctor is Dr. Bogema. There’s nobody better and it’s comforting to know I’m in great hands.

My husband, son and I are patients of Dr. Causey’s at Dr Bogema’s office. My husband is a PTSD veteran and was prescribed countless pills by the VA. Dr. Causey spends over an hour with each of during any appt if needed and when I can’t make it to my husband’s appts she sends me home letters a full handwritten page long about their session and health plan. She has helped to get him on more natural and far less medication, counseling and even helped us to other locate veteran benefits. We love her

If I could give Dr. Bogema no stars I would! I went to see her for initial visit & spent more time filling out paperwork than she spent with me. During her examination she asked me if I had trouble sleeping or if I took naps during the day. To both questions I replied "no" and she asked me if I would like to have a sleep study to which I also replied "no". She said that she would have the sleep study lab call me if I changed my mind. Don't fall for this!!! It's a ploy to tack on another $120.00

This Dr. acts as if she is a Naturopathic Doctor with little training. Her staff is horrible. They treat you as if you are lower than low. They know everything, and you know nothing, even though you have been using the same insurance company for 30 years! If you hire a naturopathic dr separate from her, she will let you go and terminate your Dr/Patient relationship. I would not recommend her... she does not listen to your concerns, she is on a one track path...cash for naturopathic-type help.
