She is rude, condescending, doesn’t care about her patients. She will argue with you on whatever you ask for help for. I can’t even go into how horrible of a doctor she is. Run away

Dr. Alexander has been my primary physician for 17 years. I cannot complain about anything with her. She has always been thorough. Fixed issues, answered questions. Her ratings should be higher. She is a great Doctor.

I love Dr. Alexander and her staff. All are friendly, kind and helpful. I recently moved to this area and had a lot of bad experiences with other doctors. She was a breath of fresh air. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Don't go there if U need a Dr. They NEVER answer the phone! Your given the opportunity to leave a message however they NEVER return ur call! I called 4 days in a row leaving messages and I NEVER received a call back! Needless to say I changed my primary care physician to one where they actually answer the phone!!

One of my best friends said that I should establish my mom with dr. Alexander I called in June and made an appointment it was 8 weeks before I can make an appointment it was almost two and a half months before I can get the appointment I show up at 12:30 all paperwork signed sealed and delivered they tell me my appointment is at 1:30 take Mom to lunch 7 minutes late 4 1:15 check in for a 1:30appoint they tell me we have to reschedule. Seriously I've waited 9 weeks 7 minutes late ..bye bye

She has been the best Doctor I have ever been to. She takes her time with you. She found out that I a spot on my lungs and it grew more in 6 months so she referred me to a lung specialist. We found out I had lung cancer. She caught it in time. It ended up I had lung surgery and it was stage 1. I thank God that I have a great Doctor like her.

Very happy with the results given by Dr. Alexander. She is patient, kind and caring. The office staff has always been helpful. Yes, you do have to wait 5-10 minutes for your appointment, but you do everywhere else too. I don't know why she has been rated so low, but maybe it's the patient who has too high expectations. New office is great!

Extremely disappointed with Dr Alexander and her staff. After repeated attempts to schedule an appointment for my elderly parent, an appointment was made that I could not even attend. When calling in to express concerns about my parent's health, the nurse asked "Why?" and was told if I wanted to talk to the Dr I'd have to schedule an appointment. Just wondering why it's so difficult for a Doctor to call her patients or their caregivers. We have left and going to a provider who actually cares.

My first visit when she talked she was looking out in a distance, next visit she was overly happy and laughing about nothing, third visit she was rude with a hateful smile and walked out, I felt the results visit made no sense. If I had other issues or about the new meds she prescribed make another appointment she did not have time. FYI there was no one in the waiting room nor when I left. Heard her talking at her desk the whole hour I waited.

My mother has received less than mediocre care from her. At her last yearly exam Dr. Alexander didn't even look in my mother's ears. Nor did she check her feet even though it is documented in her chart that there is an issue there. Staff does not return phone calls.

Dr. Alexander was in a rush for visit, quickly examined me, then hurried out of the room. Came back after a few minutes of reviewing my chart. I tried to ask her a few medical questions, she refused to answer and stormed out of the room. Very rudely.
