If I could give -100 stars, I would. The person answering the phones (KEVIN) is extremely rude and unprofessional which really makes me question the practice and their staff. In health care it is important to be empathetic to patients and their needs, Kevin truly lacks Customer service and should NOT be working in this business since he seems to be on edge. Please be aware. They should start to do criminal background checks and drug test on their staff.
My mother was very pleased with her services. Doctor was very kind and gentle.
