Dr Colon was wonderful, the woman he has at the back desk and who answers the phone with the nasally voice is the worst and my mom was in front of her when she was talking badly about me. How about DONT be in a field where you’re dealing with people struggling with mental illness if you’re going to make them feel worse about where they’re at and don’t get it. I miss being able to have him as a dr but I certainly don’t miss dealing with her. I’m not the only one. Maybe they’re married or something I’m not sure but she does not do well speaking with patients and I have no idea why she is still there. Dr Colon is great! The business is very poorly run however and will cause headaches. They only take cash or check so you can’t use a flex card (you will get a handwritten receipt). In fact there are no electronics at all so if you use express scripts or any mail order prescriptions it’s not simple. They seem to struggle mightily with faxing in Rxs, responding to questions via voicemail, and on and on. I plan on changing to a new Dr because of all the extra work and follow up this makes for me. I have been seeing Pastor Colon for over 6 months now. They welcomed me with open arms after a 12 year hellacious journey with another doctor. The staff always asks how I am doing, remembers my name and situation, and treats me with respect. Doctor Colon has worked with me to get the right medication regiment, and never discounts my feedback or insights into how my body reacts to those medications. He is always friendly and promptly on time. With his help I have been able to find a regiment that gets me to my best self yet does not over medicate. Dr. Colon has helped me, my life and my families life in helping me find which medications and at which dosage will allow me to be the person that I always wanted to be. I see negative reviews from people saying "He doesn't remember my name". If you see someone once a month and had hundreds of other patients do you really expect him to remember every single person's name? He's a great Dr. end of story.

Office staff is rude, "office manager" Lied about my treatment and diagnosis. If you wanna be over prescribed Narcotics definitely look no further. This Dr will give you 100's of Valium but won't have anything to do with Factual holistic medicine.

Dr. Colon consistency forgets my name, the details of our last appointment, which medications I have and have not tried and gives me a new prescription almost every time I see him. I have never felt listened to or like any of my concerns were heard. I would not recommend Dr. Colon, and I would highly advise him to be more careful.
