Dr. Pasquale Dell'Api

Excellent, caring physician.

Dr Del’Api is very capable and caring. The infrastructure of this medical group is awful. When you call your call is answered by a central office no where near his offices in Big Pine. I had an MRI and an X-ray done on a Tuesday because of chronic serious back and leg pain. As of Friday had not heard what was going on. Called the provided telephone number early Friday morning and was told they would reach out to the office and a nurse would call to tell me how we were going to deal with this pain. No one ever called. I am sitting here on a Friday night in pain and am quite sure that no one will address this until Monday at the earliest. One full week after the MRI and 10 days after the initial appointment. In my view this is unacceptable level of service.

We had to wait longer than normal but always enjoy our visit with Dr Dell'Api. He's patient and thorough.

Everyone in the office is very professional and treated me very well. The Dr is very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure that you understand everything. Terrific experience! Thanks

Dr Dell’Api always take the time to thoroughly explain my test results to me and he has helped me with multiple conditions that other Drs couldn’t.

Dr Dell'Api was referred to by a dear friend who sees him also. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr.D about my recent fall which resulted in 3 breaks in my left femur. Looks for to seeing Dr.D for all my medical needs.

Best Doc in the keys!!!

Doctor Delapi is very thorough and explains everything in layman's terms. He's a caring and considerate doctor!

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Dell’Api in the lower keys. He takes time with you and is always available to help you when you need him. A true gift for the Keys.

He was recommended to me by a friend and the entire experience was even better than the recommendation… The lady who is checking me in was absolutely pleasant, very knowledgeable and super friendly… And the doctor was as well… I love that he did not just “get down to business“ he took the time to talk to me and try to get to know me and is very sincere. I honestly cannot think of anything else that would make it better.. This was a wellness visit to establish myself as a new patient. The office staff were friendly and handled my appointment efficiently and effectively. Dr. Dell'Api was also very friendly came across as very able and competent. I feel quite confident that he will be able to serve my general medical needs when I am at my Big Pine Key home. My husband and I had the privilege of seeing Dr Del’Api for 5 years while we lived in the FL Keys until recently when we moved out of state. I can truthfully say he saved my husbands life and mine, literally. He listened to us and sent us for tests he concluded we needed. My husband’s lung cancer was caught early as were my clogged carotid arteries, preventing a major stroke or death. We just felt so comfortable under his care and talking about everything and anything. We are sad to leave Dr Del’Api and his capable staff; Karen and Dana.

Very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Dell’Api and his staff are very professional and courteous. I’m glad that my husband and I switched over to their facility. I feel that we are in very good hands.

I had an emergency dog bite on my hand while visiting my sister. It got infected, and I needed an antibiotic. I could not get through to the answering service but my sister recommended the office. Dr. Dell’Api is the absolute best. I always feel at ease when I see him and he listens to all my concerns. His staff is also top notch! So happy I chose him as my general physician.

Amazing doctor , shows concern, empathy while administering care, that brings trust especially with the pandemic where a lot of ppl feel isolated and going through emotional heart ache. When moving down to the keys I was concerned about finding a good primary doctor. Dr. Dell’api was recommended from my aunt. I have now seen him a few times and I am very impressed with his professionalism. He listens to what you have to say and explains things quite well. Dr. Pasquale is a very Good & Thurl Doctor I was recamened by Sonia Gothhardt and am happy with him.

Dr, Dell’Api is the best and he was exactly what the doctor ordered, to steal a phrase. He listened. We discussed the challenges I was facing. He was empathetic. He cared. He had options for me. He understood. I’m doing so much better. He is the BEST! I highly recommend Dr. Dell’Api

Dr. Dell’api is the most professional, thorough, Doctor I have been to in many years. I highly recommend him. Very into listening and addressing any issues I present. Actually goes through each part of your blood work with you. (Last Doctor I went to on this island just said “We will call you if there’s a problem “.

Very prompt and professional.

Dr. Dell Api is a compassionate man who is easy to talk to. He jumped through hoops for me the other day. He took me in that day and was able to get me to a Specialist that same day. I am very grateful.

I visited Dr Del’Api in November 2021 He is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He listens to me and helps with whatever problem I have at the time. He even goes over the last visit to check results of OUR conversation. He does not rush you like a lot of other doctors. Local doctors are suffering from the Centralized appointment scheduling system that they are forced to use (which is outside of our local area); and it is not working…
