Very rude and unprofessional

KIM IS THE BEST! Orthopedic Expert is so professional and quick !

Dr Panio is amazing. I'm always taken within 5 minutes of arriving. His nurse and front desk girl are helpful, patient, and kind. I've never spent so little time in a waiting room, I'm usually waiting 30+ minutes to be seen by any other doctor. Not here. The sweetheart at the desk is ready to take me to the patient room right when I get there. I had surgery with him last year and recovery was a breeze, I feel so much better and only have the tiniest scar. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a hand surgeon especially those with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Loved this physician and office staff. Professional, prompt, knowledgable

No patient/customer service at all. Office manager, Karen, I believe she’s his wife, very rude and unprofessional! I found a much better dr and facility.

My family has had three surgeries this year with Paschal Panio. He is a excellent Orthopedic (hand) Surgeon, with a very good manner. The services are professional, friendly; expedient.
