I used to have a fear of going to the dentist and refused to go for about three years. My sister convinced me to come here to get a cleaning and after rescheduling a couple appointments I finally came and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The entire staff is so wonderful & after I left and looked at my teeth I began to get emotional because of how beautiful they looked. I thought I had irreversible decay on my front two bottom teeth from not flossing when I had braces and she scraped it all off completely and I didn’t feel a thing. She left a nerve in my root canal after she did twice and now three years later there’s a nerve left in the root canal that she worked on. I can’t afford it I don’t have money I think she should pay for it completely. I’m currently on streets asking for money. If your looking an number #1 dentist she is not it, I recommend anyone else than her, she is only willing to help pay not even half, I'm homeless, living in the streets, and she left a nerve in my tooth. I spent a lot of money for crowns and cavities to be filled. The first crown had to be fixed because it was not properly fitted. Now I have two crown's that are lifted and were not properly placed in the initial service. I was told by Dr. Carters head technician that my gums had receded and that is what the problem is. Best and nicest dentist in town. Very generous and helpful to the community. Even has free days she donates for people who can’t afford dental care. Staff and manager are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend if you need a dentist. She also does Invisalign. And many years experience

I had sever TMJ pain for years. I could not fully open my moth , had a lot of headache, neck and ear problem. She did such an amazing treatments . All pain is gone and my mouth opens fully.Great dentist I recommend her to any one

Monique is the best hygienist I ever have she’s very gentle. I almost fall asleep during the cleaning not worrying about the pain. My 10 yr old son Jonathan love her too. Excellent job Monique!!!

TREATED VERY POORLY!! NEVER EXPERIENCED SO MUCH PAIN IN MY LIFE! WAS TOLD I HAD SEVERAL CAVITIES ONE WAS A MAJOR CAVITY WHICH SHE ATTEMPTED TO FIX AND DID NOT!! HAD TO GO TO AN "REAL DENTIST' TO FIX WHAT THIS COULD NOT WOMAN!! DO NOT GO TO HER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

I visited her office recently and she put on quite a performance while I was there. There was oohing and awing and all sorts of noises made by the dentist to express the horrible condition my teeth are in. The noises were made to show she cared, I was told. At the end of the visit there was a $5000 bid for repairs that needed to be done. I still have all my teeth and don't need that many repairs. The bill for that day was $220 just for the exam and a cleaning was scheduled for later. Not.

first time using dr. carters office. great experience. very little wait time in lobby. hygienist was friendly and professional. I was even able to pick music choice during my procedure! I will be returning for future dental needs.

I Love Dr Carter and all of her staff. She is so thorough and really took the time to show me the issues with my bite. Monique is the best hygienist and is very gentle. If you are looking for a great dentist, she's the one! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!!

My family has been going to Dr Carter for oral care for several years now and I have only experienced exceptional work and expertise from her and her staff. Everyone carries a strong work ethic and gives customer satisfaction a front seat. It is refreshing in this day and age to find an organization that is both friendly, efficient and proficient at what they do. Excellence is obviously a high priority in this dental office. I love coming to Dr. Carter's office, all of the staff is so friendly and caring, they make you feel right at home. Monique is one of the most gentle hygienists I have ever been too, and she cares so much about making sure her patient is comfortable and gets a thorough cleaning- I love that! Dr. Carter is also so caring, and truly loves to make sure her patients are taken care of, it really makes you feel special to have someone that cares so much about making sure your needs are taken care of! Usually going to the dentist isn't a good experience for me. Like many people I feel anxious and a little scared. Dr. Carter's office has changed all that. Her entire staff makes you feel like you are visiting a lifelong friend or even a relative. They put you at ease and make you feel like you are super important.
