Best doctor in world" she really care about her patients she been my doctor my father, sister, cousin, brother in law, we all love her so much. I can't ask for a better doctor it's been 16 years good years with her as my doctor. When office visit she take her time with you and make sure your medications are right, she make you up with all your annuals every year. I don't understand why everyone is complaining of wait time. I have never been to any Dr. and been in and out in under 2hours. People complain that their physicians rush them in and out and they don't get the proper level of care. Dr. Jani and NP Smawley dedicate themselves to give their patients the proper level of care and yet they complain about wait time. People have to get rid of that "me"menatlity and stop being in a rush all the time. You want proper care just as all of the other patients walking through those doors. Well, that being said...I love the staff, they are always friendly and smiling, never rude. I highly recommend coming here if quality care is what you're looking for. I have had Dr. Jani for a few years now and these reviews are shocking Dr. Jani is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever had you might have to wait a little longer for your appointment but that’s because she takes the time to listen to her patients I highly recommend

Dr. Jani is by far the best doctor iv seen. Yes you might have to wait a while but she is worth the wait. She actually cares about her patients and takes her time with you.

Dr. Jani is the best primary care physician I have had the pleasure of being a patient. She is very through and caring. She listens and spends the necessary time with each patient. I have lived in many different states and countries and therefore have seen a variety of different physicians. I have never had a worse experience than with Dr. Jani. She was unbelievably condescending, downright rude and not compassionate. I was coping with a myriad of different problems and she accused me of not following through on her advice or seeking the referrals her office staff had supposedly submitted. After accusing me, she verified that indeed her staff had not submitted the referrals. I have never in my entire life been treated as such by a physician. I do not recommend. Dr. Jani.

Love the doc can't tolerate 2- 3 hour wait time...

Office had no regard for patient wait time. It is on average 2 hours after appointment time. You might as well clear your schedule for the day.

My mother had to wait 2 hours today before called in from the waiting room for her scheduled appointment (unfortunately, this is fairly normal). The only problem I have with Dr. Jani is the wait time. She seems very thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

May 13, 2019- I have been referred as a patient since 2013 after surviving Breast Cancer from my Oncologist. I love Dr Jani..because she takes her time and knowledge to educate her patients. It’s true the wait time is long, but a good doctor doesn’t rush through your visit but takes their time to make sure she understands your health issues and you understand what is needed to keep you well, protected and healthy! So by all means, reserve your time to spend it with someone who cares enough to share her time with YOU. No Regrets! It is true that there can be long wait times, but the level of care Dr. Jani provides is exceptional. She's the first doctor I've ever had that actually looks at my history at every appointment (even if it's just a sinus infection) and is genuinely concerned with my health. I see some reviews from others, but for those who are new & are contemplating see her, I’m going to tell you that you should. A lot of patients can be difficult & I can honestly say that from personal experience. She genuinely cares about her patients & wants them to stay healthy. Unfortunately that can’t be achieved, if patients aren’t open & honest about their medical history with her. She’s like a second mother to me and I’ve been going to her since I was 13 years old. She’s awesome! Yes, the wait time is long, but it’s worth it. I’ve been healthier & happier since going to her & I’ve never been scared to sit in her office to have a conversation with her. Dr. Jani's office open's at 9:00 AM however she has no patient regard for their time and even though appointments are booked starting at 9:00 AM, Dr. Jani doesn't come in until at least 10:00 AM. This causes intentional delay all day! When discussing my medical history, medication and personal information, she would not shut the door and I felt violated for the whole office, staff and waiting room knows my business. Dr. Jani is very unprofessional as she threw my medical paperwork and refused to refill my daily medication when I was completely out after I confronted her for waiting an hour and half to an hour and 45 mins for my scheduled appointment and told her I needed to leave and go back to work. She said it wasn't her problem and I had better get in the room if I wanted anything from her in which she still denied me. Her bedside manner is nothing that makes one feel comfortable in discussing any concerns. When I approached her about the constant waiting and time management, she did not care and acted as if it was my problem. I stayed with her for several years hoping it would get better but I made that mistake! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!! I have been a patient of Dr. Jani's for years. I have always respected her as doctor until recently all due to the pharmacy needing her to write my prescription in a different manner. When I went to the office to pick up the rewritten prescription, she started yelling at me from across the office, telling me she is not writing a prescription again. This is not how you speak to your patients. Over the past few years she has written many prescriptions wrong and giving me the wrong medication and I have had to have her rewrite them many times. I never complain about the long waits in her office. Majority of the time if you have an appointment with her you better take the day off. You will wait for at least 2 hours on most occassions. Never does she apologize for the wait. She will triple book her appointments and lately has rushed through them. I am taking my business else where because I refuse to be treated in a mean manner when she wrote the prescription wrong. Mind you, this is a refill prescription that she has written before. You go and sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour. Then you finally get called back and wait another 20-25 minutes. When she finally comes in she asks you a question or two and sees you for just a couple minutes. After those couple minutes are over she gives you the medication you need and then you're done. You feel like you're meaningless to her as she doesn't actually try to get and know you. It's pathetic and I will be switching, and never coming back...

If you're looking for a doctor who will hear you out and not pressure you to do things their way or no way then this is not the doctor for you. The doctors office walls are paper thin, you can literally hear everything the doctor and other patients are saying. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is in that office because i've waited at least 45 minutes every appointment. All in all it's terrible and i've decided to change doctors permanently.

Dr. Jani is very detailed and always take her time with you. The wait may be longer but I would rather that and have her spend more time for my specific needs.
