On January 2nd, 2023 Dr.Velargo changed my life. I received a neck and face lift. I was very happy the moment I woke up from the surgery! My healing went quick. Even though I’m able to work from home, I returned to the office in 10days and it was great. Only my staff knew. They were amazed at my recovery. Other people didn’t notice and because I’m a guy, I loved that! The hyperbaric chamber really sped up my recovery! I wanted to use it forever (and seriously thought about buying one for me!). It’s that good! I’m a fast healer who was turbocharged. It’s 45 days from the procedure. I’m going skiing next week. I followed all his recommendations and skiing was ok. I must not leave out thanks to his staff. Everyone was great. It helped that some of them knew me. Special thanks for Christeen (I probably misspelled that) and thanks to Braiden - nurse practitioner. You’re the best! I don’t mean to leave others out. You were all great. Dr. Velargo is THE BEST!! I’m extremely pleased with the results from my rhinoplasty. He and his staff have been absolutely fabulous through the entire process. My only regret is that I waited so long to have it done. If you are unhappy with your nose go see him asap! I promise you won’t be disappointed in your results.

I had contemplated getting a breast augmentation for several years before deciding to go to Dr. Hendrick. I am a perfectionist and researched tons of surgeons before even making consultation appointments. After meeting with several surgeons, I knew as soon as I had my first consultation appointment with Dr. Hendrick that he would give me the results I was looking for! My entire journey from pre-op to post-op care couldn’t have been better. Dr. Hendrick went over the entire procedure with me in detail and explained the risks/benefits of the different implants. I knew I wanted a bigger chest, but was afraid of looking too overdone. The morning of my surgery I was still undecided on which implants I wanted to go with, but Dr. Hendrick took the time to sit with me and helped me decide which ones we were going to use. The ones we decided on look amazing but also still look proportionate to my body! Its safe to say made the right decision trusting Dr. Hendrick and the staff at NOCAPS and I am completely obsessed with my results!!! I tell anyone that asks about my experience that they should 100% go see Dr. Hendrick!

Dr. Velargo literally gave me the nose of my dreams!!! I am a perfectionist and researched tons of surgeons, both locally and out of state, before making the decision to go with Dr. Velargo. From my first consultation with him, I knew I was in great hands. The entire staff at NOCAPS is amazing. My entire journey from pre-op to post-op care couldn’t have been better. Dr. Velargo made sure to go over the whole procedure in detail and answer any questions I had during my pre-op appt and also called/texted to see how I was doing in between my post-op appts. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always hated the way my nose looked and was unable to breathe through my nose due to a deviated septum. Not only does my nose now look absolutely perfect, Dr. Velargo achieved what other doctors told me was “impossible,” by correcting my deviated septum and giving me a symmetric and fully functioning nose. He ended up working on my nose in the operating room for longer than expected to make sure it came out perfect! It’s been about 3 months since my surgery, and I still look in the mirror sometimes and can’t believe this is really my nose!! My only regret is not getting it done sooner!

I can’t say enough about the skills, professionalism and care Dr Valargo and the entire team provides for their patients. I am beyond thrilled with the results of my procedure. If anyone is wanting to take the step to refresh or change something, this is the place to be. 5 stars from a nurse and I would say worthy of 10 stars.

Dr. Velargo and the staff at New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery are top-notch. From the moment you walk through the doors into the beautifully decorated waiting room, the lovely receptionist is there to greet you. My consultation was for revision rhinoplasty; Dr. Velargo was knowledgeable, informative and thorough. He conveyed all possible outcomes to ensure realistic expectations. Waking up after surgery, I was pleasantly surprised by how good I felt. The next day was my follow-up appointment; he noticed a possible hematoma forming in one nostril and drained it. Dr. Velargo checked in with me that evening; he was concerned about the hematoma returning over the weekend. He met us at his office at 9 pm on a Friday to re-drain the hematoma instead of waiting to see me on Monday during office hours. I had no further issues and zero pain the entire time. I am thrilled with the results and will recommend Dr.Velargo to everyone I know! Dr. Velargo is genuine and sincere, and it shows in how he cares for his patients.

Dr. Velargo is simply amazing!!! He gave me a life changing transformation that I never thought was possible. After the surgery he communicated with us every day. I recently booked an appointment with Dr.Velargo for lip filler and let me just say WOW. Not only was the staff incredibly nice and accommodating, but my lips look better than I ever could have imagined. I was well informed throughout the entire process and the injections themselves were nearly painless. My lips are full and defined without looking overdone. In fact, I don’t leave my house nowadays without being asked where I got my lips done because they are just that stunning. Dr. Velargo is the absolute best. After having gone to multiple medical professionals for a specific line on my forehead, no one has seemed to get it perfect. I’ve been told it couldn’t be removed due to concern of one eye brow becoming higher than the other. With one visit to Dr. Velargo he removed the line and my forehead is the smoothest it’s ever been without any negative effect on my eyebrows. He takes the time to explain the facial muscle groups to you and pays very close attention to detail and each patients’ concerns. The staff is also super friendly and personable. Dr. Russell Hendrick and his staff are incredible! The atmosphere of the office makes you feel like you are in a spa- beautiful surroundings and a great view. The outcomes are even better!

Dr. Parker Velargo was the only surgeon that gave me a solution when other plastic surgeons told me nothing could be done. Years ago I had a rhinoplasty in Beverly Hills by an experienced, established, board certified plastic surgeon but my results were less than satisfactory. Dr. Velargo was able to fix the look of my nose with a procedure done in the office under local anesthesia and it looks PERFECT! There is no need to travel anywhere else for facial plastic surgery, unless of course you live outside of New Orleans, then I suggest you travel here! I also get Botox/Jeuveau and filler from Dr. Velargo; the results are natural but amazing at the same time. I really would not trust my face to anyone else and you shouldn't either! I look 15 years younger than my age of 63. In the mid 90's my husband had vision correction surgery that went terribly wrong. His vision was impaired for nearly two decades. After having cornea transplants in 2017/2018, he could see again. When he looked in the mirror, he commented that he had aged 20 years in the blink of an eye. I am beyond pleased with the results of the upper and lower eyelid procedure I had with Dr Velargo. I didn’t want to change the way I looked, I just didn’t want to look like I was tired all of the time. I was awake for the procedure which took approx 2hours. I had no pain during the procedure. I only had mild discomfort the night of and that was because of swelling. All of the bruising was gone within a week. I have no visible scars. His Botox is on point as well! Dr. Velargo performed an upper eyelid surgery in his office under local and it was the best hour of my life! My results were even better than I expected. Afterward, he suggested I do a 3 serious of Morpheus 8 with the PRF add. Results are amazing. Highly recommend this procedure!!! He takes excellent care of all his patients!

My experience here was truly wonderful. Dr. Gary took her time and really talked to me about what my expectations were and how we could achieve it. She’s very kind and makes you feel like you can talk to her about all your concerns, no matter how minor. And the results were incredible and natural, which was a huge priority for me. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well, and they really make you feel welcome. The facility is beautiful and relaxing with a spa feel. I was really nervous about getting a breast augmentation because I really wanted it to look natural and proportionate to my body. On my first visit/consultation Dr. Hendricks and his staff made me feel really comfortable! He truly listened to me and made me feel at ease throughout every step of the process. After consulting with several Doctors for a breast augmentation, I felt the most comfortable with Doctor Hendrick. All of my questions were answered, not rushed and he was very detailed. I left his office confident in what I wanted. His staff are beyond amazing, all of my appointments and surgery date were not a hassle to get around. I was a 34b, I was a little hesitant on how big I wanted to go. I still wanted to look natural, I didn't want something that didn't fit my body frame. Doctor adviced me with 275-300cc to give me a fuller look, and that's exactly what he accomplished. After surgery I didn't really have any bruising or trouble recovering, on my second day post surgery I was already up and walking fine, on my third day I stopped taking any pain killers. Over all, recovery was pretty fast. I have not gone bra shopping yet, (3 weeks since surgery) but I can tell I am a c-cup now. I was afraid I was going to look bigger up top and wouldn't look good in certain outfits but the implants definitly compliment my outfits better now. Wonderful experience start to finish. Went in for cosmetic consult. Advice was given after thorough evaluation. I went with Dr. Velargo's recommendd procedure --even though it was much less expensive and less invasive than the one I was originally inquiring about-- and couldn't be happier with the results! Also, top notch staff! Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. V is the best of the best! A caring, compassionate, skilled surgeon but down to earth, approachable, and treats you like family. If you are considering a procedure....do yourself a favor and meet him and his staff to discuss options.
