He is surgery happy for money. Uses outdated procedures that shouldn't be used anymore. Comes across as super friendly and nice but don't let that fool you. Incompetent and money hungry. And I'm a RN and was warned about him but he was so "nice". Had to have reconstructive surgery with an orthopedic surgeon to correct what he did. Suffered for 2 long years.

I'm happy to have been treated by Dr Parker and his staff. I will recommend him to family and friends...

overall every appt has been worth it. Time to get appt sometimes is long.

No issues with the doctor, but the office staff lacks professionalism. Calls are not returned. Food delivery has taken precedent over work while clients are left on hold or ignored in the lobby.

Dr. Gennett is absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend him! Really nice, informative, and down to earth! As for the office staff....they're awful. Attitude sucks, deep sighs on the phone. A Some act like making an appointment for someone is putting them out. Wait times are ridiculous at 7:15am. Office just opened and still have to wait 30-45 to be seen. Dr Gennett is great. Three members of my family have gone to him for corrective surgery and the results were excellent. Very friendly, thorough, and professional.

Dr. Gennett is a wanderful, so professional, caring doctor. He listens to you and does his best to help in any way he can. I’m so happy to be patient there .

Always happy with care received by Dr. Gennett. Explains treatment plan thoroughly and gives options for care.

After dealing with the horrible pain of plantar fasciitis for six months and getting NO relief from a local MD, I was referred to Dr. Gennet by 3 separate people!! Well worth my 2.5 hour drive!! Upon meeting him I knew he was the real thing and will NEVER go elsewhere. Very nice, knowledgeable and knows his stuff!! I now recommend this practice to everyone??

I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. I had my first office visit in March this year. Have been recommended orthotics. They said they will place an order for them and told me I was all set at the front desk. I haven't heard from them in two weeks, so I called back to find out the progress. They said they were waiting for me to get back to initiate a deposit for my orthotics- of which I had no clue about. No invoice, no statement, or a summary of my visit was sent home. Then I paid my deposit for ordering the orthotics. They said I should expect them in about 6 weeks. After six weeks I called them to find if the orthotics were in, and the receptionist (Laura) at the front desk tells me that she was waiting to hear from me about the deposit. When I said I have a receipt for my payment I made earlier, she said that was used against the office charges for my visit. I did not understand how am I supposed to know about this action done? And why wasnt an invoice sent to me about the same? When I demanded an explanation or an invoice statement (bill) for the same- she gave me their billing department number and asked me to call them for her (her manager's) error of not informing me about the charges and not sending in the statement. Never seen such irresponsible behavior or taking no stand on an error made and agreed on. When I called the billing department, (Tina) she said she had no idea of what that deposit was intended for- no information was clearly given by the front desk- hence she applied it for the office charges. So no invoice was sent from that department as well. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. I had my first office visit in March this year.
