First time visiting Dr. Rihal. Front desk receptionist is very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. Minimal waiting to be called in. Dr. Rihal is nice, attentive, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining procedures. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr and Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

All of the Nurses were amazing and very outgoing and made the experience less boring. Dr Rihal explained things so well I think my 6 year old would understand how it all works. So glad this is where I went for my allergy testing. Would recommend to anyone looking.

He was understanding to my concerns with my 4 year old son, and he explained anything I had questions about during the testing process. He was quick to respond when we had paperwork issues, and my husband said he “liked this doctor” because of it. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an informative, efficient doctor!

We've been seeing Dr. Rihal for a couple of years now & are extremely happy with his professionalism, attention to detail & most of all that he listens to the parent's concerns! The doctor was very informative and has more then just one plan to figure out your situation. The staff is friendly and they all worked as quickly as possible. Highly recommend it.

Working with Dr Rihal has always been great he takes great care in listening to your concerns and helping solve your problems. His office staff seems to not have the same level of care. They say they will call you back and then don't. They call you about things that you have already been to see the doctor for and it just seems like there is a huge gap in communication. Dr. Rihal is very thorough with his explanations and diagnosis. This is my third visit to him and I recommend him.

There is always appointments available he and his staff are so nice.

I left almost elated because of the way Dr. Rihal treated my daughter. He was very patient and answered all my questions (I had so many). He and the nurses were so very nice and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very good doctor who took his time with my daughter and patiently explained everything. Staff is polite but they are very busy but it is a good sign since they have been in practice for a long time. I like that doctor is approachable and also straightforward, will give you honest opinion

My family & I have been patients of Dr. Rihal for several years and have always gotten excellent care from him. He is one of those sincere doctors who will do what is necessary and not take you or your health insurance company for a ride. I highly recommend him.

I had excellent care and service in the past, but that has all greatly degraded and I will be going else where for future care.
