Dr. Parchelle D Connally

Dr. Connally and her staff are excellent. I am thankful Dr. Connally was referred by another physician. She takes the time to listen to her patients with deep concern. She prescribed a treatment plan that work well for me and has given me considerable pain relief. I'm so fortunate to have her as my pain management doctor.

As others reported, Dr. Connally NEVER returned by emails or calls. The directions for the Rx she prescribed did not match what she had told me on the phone and the internet said the dosage exceeded what was recommended. Her nurse called me back to insist this is what she prescribed. Although I asked to speak to her directly, she never replied. I checked with my primary doctor who said NOT to take the dose Dr. Connally prescribed. I think she is dangerous and would not ever see her again. Kaiser is irresponsible for having her on staff.

Went to multiple doctors within the Kaiser system and no one could diagnose what the issue was. Multiple doctors thought it was a herniated disk but after getting a epidural and still not having any relief was pretty depressed about treatment options. Saw Dr Connally and she thought it may have been a facet joint. And it was! Finally relief in over a year of having this pain!

I was seen today by Dr. Connally for a follow up visit for pain management. I was very pleased with her demeanor and professionalism. Honestly the worst doctor in the kaiser network, told me there was nothing she could do, even tho multiple doctors have given me options she refuses to agree with them.

For years I suffered w/horrible back issues w/ shooting pain down my left side. With all that last year I unknowingly fell & knocked my Ilium bone out of place. After going to several doctors & taking several meds I found Dr. Connally. She diagnosis me correctly & got me off the meds. She didn't suggest injections as the first solution, she recommend water therapy that changed my life. I highly recommend her as she takes her time, answers all questions & gives you back your quality of life.

Dr. Connally treated me for serious back pain from multiple herniated and bulging discs. After several months of an appropriate physical therapy regime and medication, I'm almost pain free and regaining my mobility. Dr. Connally was able to explain in detail the issues and answered my numerous questions at each visit. She was compassionate and helpful. I would recommend her for pain management and rehabilitation.

Never returned emails or calls and sat on an ordered treatment from my neuro for almost a month. No evidence of anything but neglect for her patients.

Good luck getting her to respond to you in any matter. She neglects patients. My injection was delayed an entire month because she wouldn't approve the treatment and it just sat on her desk. No bedside manner, obvious she doesn't care and mistreats patients. She shouldn't be allowed to treat patients. Shame on Kaiser for allowing her to continue. I called several times and sent several messages and she NEVER responds. Worthless.

I did not feel Dr. Connally believed the pain that I was having and showed me that she did not trust me.

I would never recommend this dr to anyone. She is unprofessional , unethical and even abusive on occasion to her patients and staff. She misdiagnoses then refuses to accept she may be wrong.

I have always been very pleased with Dr. Connally. She was always very pleasant, professional & caring. I saw her every 3 months, as the law requires for the types of medicines I was perscriped. She was always offering & explaining different types of mrdicines, doses & alternatives. She always answered any questions, without being condescending. I had her as myPain Management doctor for 6 years. I wish she still had her practice in this area. I would surely still be seeing her & would highly recommend her.

Almost impossible to contact. Won't renew refills without office visit. Treats patients with a great deal of disrespect. Makes it impossible to get refills on time and then becomes angry if you run out of medication. Very unpleasant experience.

did not keep accurate records; very opinionated with little justification, talked down to the patient and always on her way to something more important than the visit
