Totally professional and put me at ease from my first visit. Needed a hysterectomy. Surgery went very well. He and his staff were just wonderful! He’s the best at what he does!

Dr. Singhal and Dr. McLean are very thorough and knowledgeable surgeons. They set clear expectations for my two surgeries. I was operated for stage 4 endometriosis by Dr. Singhal and Dr. McLean. The surgical incisions are very small and barely noticeable. The surgeries relieved the GI symptoms I was experiencing, such as painful bowel movements, bloating, and distention. The surgeries also relieved the urinary urgency, the disabling menstrual cramps, the heavy bleeding and clotting. These surgeries have changed my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their expertise.

My experience with Dr. Singhal went very well! He is caring and very professional, he also explains things very well and the office staff was also very helpful.

Dr. Singhal performed my surgery with the Da Vinci Robot....Checked in at 6am and was home my lunchtime. Couldn't ask for a better surgical experience. The office staff could use some tweaking, but I don't hold that against Dr. Singhal.

I was sent to Dr. Singhal for a hysterectomy consult. He was kind, compassionate and very informative. I knew I was in the right hands. I had surgery and am now making a fully recovery with very little discomfort. His team, including Dr. McLean are professional and skilled. I would highly recommend them.

I have never been so disappointed in a practice in my life. My husband and I sat in the lobby for over an hour before asking if I somehow got missed in the lineup. Come to find out they pulled the wrong patient and had no idea until I asked at the desk. The office is supposed to ask for a birthdate when they pull a patient back and somehow missed that the patient they pulled did not have my birthdate. No one thought to question why someone with a completely different medical profile was now sitting in front of them. They attempted to just laugh it off and never seriously apologized.

Dr. Singhal has truly changed my life. I had previous endometriosis surgery costing 15k by one of the well known providers out there in NYC which was a 6 hour drive for me to only require surgery again 2 years later. Dr. Singhal is excellent and knowledgeable from his excision abilities and understanding of the disease, to his surgical skills, to his patient care. I am 6 weeks out from surgery and he still will check in on me and answer any and all questions that I have. He is also working with my local gyn to continue my care. I am so beyond grateful to have found him.

Good doctor (hence the 2 stars). Small office SPACE is which causes concern for my privacy. In additionthe bathroom entrance/exit is visible to every patient which makes me VERY uncomfortable. at times bathroom smells the entire waiting area. During my first visit staff was super nice but after that they need to work on their attitude. Maybe they were having a bad day or whatnot but definitely the attitude could use improvement.

Worst front desk customer service. I'm in pain and trying to find a good provider. Found this one doctor reviews. I called to get more information. And the appointments person answers with so much attitude. She says you should go to the hospital doesn't even ask any questions and gives so much attitude. If the the Doctor is as good as the reviews say, he is greatly mis represented by front desk. She answers like a robot .I'm really having a hard time understanding why people can't give proper customer service anymore. and instead answers the phone like"appointments..." "DOB" .. and hangs up when I wasn't even done talking

Dr. Pankaj Singhal is one of the best Dr's in the state if not the country. I am eternally grateful and forever indebted to this man for his incredible knowledge, skills and amazing care that got me through some very difficult times. Aside from his amazing capabilities as a Dr / surgeon; he is kind, warm, optimistic, down to earth and goes above and beyond to insure the best possible outcome for his patients; I have literally trusted him with my life and continue to do so. This brilliant man is truly my hero! And his staff is lovely and professional and always come through when necessary.

My experience with Dr Singhal and his staff has been nothing short of Excellent. He's thorough, professional, soft spoken, has great bed side manner, and genuinely cares about your treatment and recovery. Yes, I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. He has always availed himself especially after business hours and always explains things in a way that you can understand. Wait time in the office is good and there's always good relaxing music playing and fresh coffee available while you wait. I especially like that he does not over book and when he's with you, quality time is given.

Very ignorant doctor. I requested my paperwork, they sent wrong paperwork of another patient that had their sensitive information on it (birthday, address, phone number, etc.) When I confronted the staff about this, Destinee started playing blame game. I told Dr. Singhal about this, and he just laughed it off. This is severe HIPPA violation. I will be reaching out to appropriate authorities and filing a case against his practice as well as the Doctor. A bunch of incompetent buffoons. Also… half the reviews written in here are fake, because they are very much not true and seem to be written by the doctor. I will NOT reveal my name due to fear of retaliation from this doctor, but rest assure I will take legal action for my HIPPA violation. People who write honest reviews that highlight malpractice or bad behavior do not leave their name due to fear of retaliation. If you like your safety and privacy, please avoid this ignorant doctor and his buffoon pathetic bunch he calls “staff”.

After few episodes of post menopause bleeding my Ob/Gyn referred me to see Dr. Singhal. The office staff (Destiny) was extremely helpful and accommodating to get me in to see him ASAP. I cannot tell you how happy i was to finally meet and talk with Dr. Singhal. He answered all my questions and was very thorough and detailed in explaining the plan of care. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about having a hysterectomy. I did my homework and Dr. Singhal came very highly recommended as a brilliant skilled robotic surgeon. I am so thankful to have had such a caring, compassionate, professional physician care for me. Post Operatively, i went home few hours after the surgery. Was up on my feet at discharge never had any pain or complicatons. Never thought the recovery would be so easy. He is absolutely the very BEST all around. OUTSTANDING overall experience.

I have been going to see him since 2018. Things happen over the years like waiting to go in for an exam I was in the office when I finally walked out. Another incident happened where I was in the emergency room bleeding from cancer he had one of staff come in to talk to me and they told me there's nothing we can do for you and sent me home. The new office is really bad looks like an old office building and he had a dog roaming around the office and the dog slobberd all over me. Very unsanitary

I am grateful to have such an experienced professional, For years I have been suffering with major Fibroids issues, and Dr Singhal was able to properly diagnose and treat my medical problems. I was in danger of developing cancer but Dr, Singhal was able to help in the removal. Thank you for you help and treatment.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Singhal. He is a caring compassionate doctor and extremely knowledgeable surgeon. He did my surgery last month and made sure the pain was as minimal as possible. His pre-surgical pain protocols are amazing. You can't go wrong with this Doctor.

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE HONESTY!! Just another doctor more concerned with profits rather than having pleased customers. My wife went in for a visit and told the doctor that she was self pay and she didn't want anything that needed a lab test. The doctor followed that up by asking if she wanted everything done recomended for the visit and failed to tell her that they include lab tests. Now we are stuck with lab bills that my wife clearly told them she didn't want. The office says they got us a discount on the lab test and that settles it. They won't give us any compensation because they are too concerned with profits and we are stuck with the bill.

Dr. Singhal is OUTSTANDING! Not only is he an exceptionally skilled surgeon...he is kind and compassionate with a WONDERFUL bedside manner, whether at the hospital or in his office. I had a hysterectomy, three and half weeks ago, and for a high anxiety experience, it went beautifully! He is extremely detailed and the stress of having surgery is minimized because of his confidence and warmth. His staff is exceptional. Destiny was always helpful, friendly and professional! I only needed Ibuprofen, at home, post op and that is solely because of how delicately he handles the organs/tissues. He causes as little trauma to the tissues as possible! I never took the Tramadol. That speaks volumes to his precision/skills. He knows EXACTLY what he is doing and I am just ELATED that he was my surgeon! Tomorrow will be four weeks post op and I feel GREAT!!! His warmth, compassion, kindness & skill can not be matched! Funny how the bad reviews he got didn't leave a name...I think they are FAKE!

After my normal gyno was unable to help with my issues, I was the referred to Dr. McLean and Dr. Singhal’s office. I was so happy I have doctors that were finally able to help me. I highly recommend their office. Even their staff is so kind and want to make sure all your needs are met!

Terrible loss for Dr Singhal that Pushpa isn't working there anymore. I miss that lady. She always responded sincerely. Nowadays no one is office answers your questions or even return call back. I have been waiting for over a week just so they can assist make my appointment. Just terrible service. Looks like I need to find another doc. Office staff is rude, full of drama, and no one hardly cares to address patient concerns.

Dr. Singhal is highly skilled in his profession. I also have many auto-immune diseases and he is also very familiar and has his degree in that field as well. I felt 100% comfortable that I was with the right Doctor. He is kind, smart and takes the time to answer all your questions. My hysterectomy was a total success, with an easy recovery. Thank you Dr. Singhal!

Horrible staff, horrible doctor. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advanced. When I got to my appointment, I waited over an hour. After an hour of checkin, I went to the front desk and ask when will I be called in, they looked up my name and said that I didn't have an appointment. In fact, I did not have any appointment on schedule. Frustrated, I asked if I could see Dr. Singhal as I had driven 6 hours to see the doctor. I was lucky to see him, but that happiness subsided quickly. Dr. Singhal got so mad at me that he started yelling at me and said to me that I need to start making appointments. "We aren't running a charity here, we're running a business, if you can't make an appointment properly, don't come. We have other patients with better insurances. If you are going to disturb my schedule like this, I don't need your business. It is patients like you with horrible cheap insurances who ruin practices." I will never see this doctor EVER again, he is nothing but money hungry thief.

Dr. Singhal is professional but Pushpa is great. I am so glad to be in touch with both of them. Pushpa I cannot thank you enough for replying to me even at 11 in night. You have always kept my anxieties at the bay. I am most impressed by your professionalism and empathy. God truly blessed Dr Singhal that he has such a wonderful staff. I recommend every patient to get in touch with Pushpa and Singhal team: you will be pleasantly surprised with the care and professionalism you receive from this office.

I am so pleased with Dr. Singhal. He just did a surgery on me and his bedside manner is impeccable! He takes time to explain everything going on and I am glad that my gyn told me to see him!

Had an appointment with Dr. Singhal and never met him, only met with his assistant. Waited for 45 minutes for a 10 minute chat and even when I had questions he didn't come to meet me. Answers I got were whatever you feel like doing is fine. I Felt as a new patient he couldn't be bothered to introduce himself to me, especially if I needed his services in the future.

Singhal is the best dr. in town. My wife was treated right away and was given excellent care and comfort by both the dr and office staff. Especially, Pushpa in his office staff is very kind and caring for patients. What they promise, they deliver!! They are confident and expert in their skill to treat patients. My family is very happy and satisfied with the care. I recommend dr Singhal to anyone in need of care in GYNONC. He is really on top of his game.

Singhal is an excellent doctor, god gifted. Knowledgeable, thorough, kind, always goes the extra mile to care for you. He saved my mother's life, when we had been told that there was no hope by several other doctors. Need i say more? And he continues to treat my mother (who is doing great), with such kindness, caring and optimism. I could not recommend any doctor more highly. Pushpa is an caring angel. She is always available to speak with me when I have a concern and is so unbelievably patient. She is ready to attend to your queries even at 10 in night. I have never seen this level of care and comfort been given to patients at any other doctor's office. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Singhal. And when you talk to Pushpa you will know how humble and polite she is. Singhal and Pushpa are the best team!

Dr is amazing! Thoughtful, caring and compassionate. He only has wed office hours and office staff are rude, condescending and uncaring. Called 3 times in 4 hour period to talk to surgeon about bleeding incicission after 2 months and was told dr was busy. I went to er and was treated for infection. Its been 2 days and my call has yet to be returned. Get new professional office staff and ill return otherwise ill go elsewhere. Sorry to go medical is great but office staff incompetent.

I’ve been to a few different doctors now. Dr. Singhal is the best! I recommend him to all my friends and family. He always takes time to understand your needs and explains everything thoroughly. We have never waited longer than 20 minutes to see him and have never been rushed out of the room. The staff is very sweet and accommodating. Pushpa is kind and caring and know how to attend your needs in an efficient and professional way. I wished she worked in my practice too.

The only thing i can say is. AWESOME! He saved my life.

Dr. Singhal is one of the most compassionate and best surgeon I have ever being under the care of. He treats the patient on a whole. When he saw me in anxiety, he took time to comfort me and give me hope for my treatment. Pushpa is awesome too, one of the most courteous lady I ever met. I agree with everyone below this lady is on service for patients 24/7. Have often called her past business hours and she responds right away. Even her hugs have healing power.

My urgent case was referred to Dr. Singhal by another physician. I saw him on a Wednesday and he scheduled a 3 and a half hour operation for that Friday. He was thorough, knowledgeable, honest but not an alarmist, kind and considerate of my husband after the procedure. His explanations of what needed to be done were clear and he never appeared to be rushed at the appointments I had with him. I can recommend him without hesitation as professional, understanding and highly competent.

Dr Singhal is my hero, he did tumor debulking surgery on me. He relieved me from a lot of pain and suffering. He has great surgery skills and bedside manners. I thank him all the time. I also want to mention Pushpa in his office is also beyond excellent. I only went to office and continued my treatment because of her. She even responded my questions even when she was on leave. No other doctors office person is as much caring as her. She genuinely put patient concerns before everything else.

I usually don't write reviews but had to...just for Singhal and Pushpa. Great team. Today I received the best news of my life.. I am cancer free now. He is the best....extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and does a great job. And yes there are times you have to wait, but he is so much worth it and takes time to listen to you too, he doesn't rush your visit bc he is runing late. He truly cares for his patients. Pushpa is caring like my mother. She watched out&cared for me at every step of treatment

Amazing surgeon! Dr Singhal gave very thorough explanations of my test results and treatment options. He spends so much time listening to your concerns. He performed minimally invasive robotic surgery (TAHBSO) and my recovery was quick and relatively painless. He is the person you want doing your surgery! Very thankful to his staff for answering all my queries. Pushpa is a sweetheart. Every time I went to office, she gave me so much comfort and positivity to keep up with the treatment.

Finding out I had cancer led me into a state of depression and considerable stress. My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Pankaj Singhal who took my case of a rare form of cancer. I am still alive and well today thanks to his knowledge of diagnosis and treatment, excellent bedside manners and passion to make a difference. Dr. Singhal is exceptional! He is an extremely patient and kind doctor. About a year ago Dr. Singhal removed a uterine fibroid during a robotic procedure. Prior to surgery he thoroughly explained what the procedure entailed and possible outcome. I have consulted with him twice since and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is just too good in surgeries.

What can I say for Singhal, he is the best surgeon in town. This dude is pro. He got the skills to perform complicated cancer surgeries and knows what he is doing. He is extremely protective and caring for his patients. His staff can at times hung up and do not return calls. Tip: CALL Pushpa. She gets the work done. I was worried I called her one evening over my pap smear results. She promised a doctor will call me very soon and so the doc did. Have even called her past business hours.

I am truly thankful to Dr. Singhal for saving my life. His bedside manners are excellent, and he is very skilled in what he does. His Practice Administrator, Pushpa is the kindest person on earth. Her compassion helped me heal both from the inside and outside. She gave me moral support and helped me overcome anxieties before my surgery. She is irreplaceable in the practice. She answered my questions and relieved my anxieties even at 10PM in night. Her dedication to help patients is infinite.

I was referred to Dr. Singhal by my Gyn doctor for uterine cancer. I am truly impressed with his bed side manners, humble and polite doctor. His office staff were most professional. Dr. Singhal performed robotic surgery, I stayed only one night in hospital, was able to drive in 3 days. and most importantly I am cancer free. I can't say enough thanks to Dr. Singhal-truly a gifted surgeon.

Dr. Singhal did surgery for my mother. I am still in tears, she is cancer free. She underwent a 7 hours ovarian cancer surgery followed by chemotherapy. She is can eat and drink. She is finally cancer free. I have never met any ever met anyone a gentlemen who is so caring and an outstanding surgeon. I have lived all life life in Babylon and I can't thank Good Sam for bringing Dr. Singhal to our community. God Bless him and his hands.

I love this doctor and I am so happy that he did my surgery. Everything went excellent and my recovery was better than expected. My only problem is his office is run terribly. Even in their new location. I was a returning patient coming back for my 3 mon check. They had me sitting there for 45 min and were taking in patients that came in after me. That makes no sense when i was told that my appointment should only be 15 min.

I had my surgery for ovarian cancer with Dr. Singhal. I was very sick when he performed my surgery including bowel resection, surgery lasting for 6 hours. I recovered beautifully and on chemotherapy. My cancer is responding very well. I am amazed with his bedside manners, caring nature and surgical skills. Pushpa in his office is truly a gem. I can't thank you enough for Good Samaritan Hospital for bringing to our area. God Bless him.

I was referred by my Obgyn to Dr. Singhal for my diagnosis of uterine cancer. I was very impressed with him the first time I met him. He is truly a gem, he explained everything to me, spent a great deal of time with me and performed robotic surgery for cancer. I was up and walking right after surgery, had almost no pain, and was able to drive with in 3 days. He is truly gifted and god bless him. I am cancer free, thank you Dr. Singhal.

I had my robotic surgery for uterine cancer by Dr. Singhal. I am shockingly amazed as to how well I felt after my surgery. I barely had any pain, was able to walk right after surgery. His bed side manners are great, truly a caring doctor. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.

I met Dr Singhal and few of his staff of doctors that work under his command when my wife needed emergency ovarian cancer surgery. He was very polite and thorough explaining the surgery that needed to be done and what treatment could be expected in the months to come. After surgery chemo was prescribed at Good Samaritan Hospital Oncology Center where Dr Singhal has complete control of your aftercare. The nurses are professional and caring and make a tough job look easy. Well done Dr Singhal!

Dr.Singhal able to open my block Fallopian tube after 3 failed laparoscopy from different Doctors to open my tube,wish I knew him before .He did excellent job,very small incision and I woke up with no pain .Thank you Dr.Singhal

He did my laparoscopic hysterectomy I was up and walking around after 1 hr after Icame out of the rrecovery room. He is a very good Dr. With good bed side manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needs that type of surgery.
