I met Dr. Patel for the first time right before my procedure. He came across as being very caring and personable, yet focused on the task at hand. Had a colonoscopy this am (2-1-21) and was the first time I used Dr. P. Patel. He and his staff were both friendly and professional, from check in to medical staff. This was my 3rd colonoscopy with other doctors and another facility. Would most certainly recommend Dr. P. Patel. Made an unpleasant exam tolerable. Thanks.

Do your homework and go with the high star reviews. Why settle for less than the best ! Dr. Pankaj A. Patel and his team are the most compassionate, and caring team you could ever ask for ! This Doctor takes the time before and after to discuss your diagnosis includes pictures and explains everything thoroughly. He is very loving, kind, jolly, funny, and his field of expertise is phenomenal ! I trust my life with him. I had no pain after the procedure at all. His team is just as fantastic from IV's, Anesthesia, surgical preparation, and very gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. Loved my Nurse as well ! I brought my elderly mother in for an endoscopy and upon arrival we were treated by the friendly staff. They were knowledgeable, courteous, And very efficient. The staff answered all our questions and put us at ease. We met with Dr. Patel before and after the procedure. Pankaj did a great job with my mom's illness. He was very responsive and scheduled a colonoscopy very quickly given the situation. He was very supportive and patient with us during the whole process and continues to provide guidance during the recovery period. I highly recommend Dr. Patel, very easy going and very caring to his patients. The staff was friendly...I felt very comfortable.

Came in at 8, were asked questions by the nurses, were taking in to the bed, doctor came in and talked to me and answered questions, nurses took me to the examination room, they put me to sleep while explaining what they were doing, woke up in the recovering bed 30 minutes after, feeling a bit dizzy, but well otherwise.

Dr. Patel is a wonderful Dr. It it was not for him, my wife would not be here today. My wife had septic shock due to a tumor that developed on her liver. After several surgeries and long stay at the hospital we were informed that not much else they could do for her even though she still had complications. A doctor at the hospital asked if we had a gastroenterology doctor. We said yes ,Dr. Patel.Dr Patel did a procedure that rerouted the bowl function due to a valve blockage. Eight years today my wife is healthy and doing well, thanks to Dr. Patel. We are forever grateful to him....beyond words. I don’t know, I slept through it. (All personnel were very kind and reassuring. Dr. Patel was friendly, calming, and encouraging. Everyone went out of their way to explain all questions, paperwork, and the procedure. It was as peaceful as possible considering the subject. This was my first colonoscopy. The prep was definitely the worst part of the procedure. The staff was very kind and the procedure was over before I knew it. Dr. Patel was kind and answered my question. My fear of the procedure was worse than the actual experience.

Overall the experience was very pleasant under the circumstances and the staff was efficient and patient. Very please with Dr. PATEL and his bedside manner all things considered. Overall I would rate this at it as a good experience.

My wife came in with an abscess that we finally went to the ER and was properly diagnosed after about 2 minutes. I think all he wanted was the money. I'd give a zero if possible, this place has no kindness or bed side manner at all. I'd allow my intestins to burst before seeing this facilities doctors!!!!

Very disappointed with this Doctor. ...he did the biopsy on my husband..knew it was going to be a disappointing result...and told me...to tell my husband...and left me crying in waiting room. He spoke down to me and left me with so many questions......and he basically didn't care..wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Patel is one of the best stomach doctors i know been going to him for a long time he has the best maners good sense of humor and is very good at what he does would not go to any body else im very comfortable with him and thats hard to find and so is my mom
