I recently had my last baby..Dr. Pam was the on call pediatrician and I absolutely fell in love with how she cared for my newborn. So much that I switched all 4 of my kids to her! She has blown me out of the water with how she took time to talk to my 8 yr old and get to know him some and then she got down on my 2 yr olds level and played with him and made him comfortable and made him feel safe! Shes the 1st dr to do this..100 stars in my book! She cares for children like her own. Stellar! Shes great with kids, took care of my 4 sons and takes care of my fosters too since 1996. She was 8 1/2 months pregnant when my son was sick back in 1997 she came at 2am to look at x-rays and admit him to hospital and then saw him several times a day for the 5 days he was there. Dr. Pam is a wonderful pediatrician. She is very patient and explains things well. The only issue I had was with one of her staff. There was a problem and instead of handling it professionally, the staff member became angry, raising her voice and even closing the door loudly when she left the room. She managed to escalate an already bad situation. While I think Dr. Pam is excellent, I'm not sure I will return with such an unprofessional staff member.
