Dr. Pamela Joyce Larayne Miller

We went to get glasses for my child, and we got there at around 3:30, besides having an attitude, the receptionist and whoever was in the back room was condescending, laughing at me because I asked to get my original prescription back ( every single place I have ever gone to, in my 30+years of wearing glasses took a copy and gave us back the original) then after I explained that she laughed more and said obviously you've never been here before. She kept saying to go back to my original Dr for a copy of the prescription, (why should I, if I already paid for the one they are holding on to) , after a few more words, she offered to make me a copy for 25 cents, and laughed when we pulled out 5dollars (we didn't have anything smaller) along with the person in the back room. After that she offered to sell us a glasses case, which also (in all the years of me wearing glasses) is supposed to come with your glasses. So, I payed for the exam and prescription at a different location, payed for a pair of glasses, that took about 2and a half months to get here and that she doesn't find comfortable because they didn't show her which frames would fit the size of her face, I also had to pay for a copy of the prescription, a case and cloth for her glasses, all while being talked like I'm stupid for not knowing they steal prescriptions. Definitely not going back for any of my other kids or myself, and not recommending to anyone I know , not even to my worst enemy. Great place and friendly staff????????

Rude service would not recommend to get eyes checked

Would not recommend to anyone. I threw the card away. She wasn't nice and refuse to give me my prescription back

Dr. Pam is a good doctor

Dr Miller Is one of the last of the old school doctors. ( thats ment in a good way) She and her staff are outstanding. A very caring person.

My family has been seeing Dr. Miller for several years. She is thorough and caring. You may have to wait a few extra minutes to be seen, but just do it. The time she spends with you is worth any extra minutes you may have to wait.

For one there is a sign on the door that says no drugs or cash, so I assume it's due to the bad neighborhood. The worst part was the ladies attitude was horrible and she had no customer service skills she didn't want to move out of her chair to assist in anyway. I would never recommend anybody to this place

She is a Real amazing eye doctor. I really recommend her very sweet and caring service.
