I called and set up an appointment for my new pregnancy. The booked the appointment almost two weeks out. My appointment was then rescheduled due to weather (understandable). After completing all my new customer packet, emailing it over, and showing up to my first appointment, the staff was very nice and informative. At the end of my visit, the nurse told me the doctor wasn't there but since I was over the age of 35 (36 years old), that put me as a high risk pregnancy and she didn't think the doctor would be able to take me on. 4 days later they called and confirmed that they would not be accepting me. I just feel like they could have told me over the phone when they got all my information that this doctor does not accept patients over the age of 35 instead of wasting weeks of my time.

She is absolutely the best doctor. I had pre-natal care and a c-section a few years back. Very lucky to have such a great doctor/staff for my first time. Highly recommend.

Dr. McQuillin has been nothing but amazing! Her and her staff are friendly, timely, and well organized. I couldn't imagine having any other OB/GYN ♥️

Dr. Mcquillin and her staff are absolutely amazing. Patient-centered care is of great importance to this practice and I absolutely recommend her to anyone. I have been a patient for 4 years and I have always felt that Dr. Mcquillin listens to the needs of her patients and does her best to ensure that you feel cared for while in her care.

Normally, this is the place I recommend to any and all of my friends, family, coworkers and neighbors. However, after recently having a less than pleasant experience with the receptionist, I am unsure if this is the right place for any of my loved ones to take their business or their health and wellness. Normally wait times in this office are short and scheduling was on par, but not this time. After waiting over an hour to be seen, I politely ask the front desk how much longer she thinks it will be. She checks the folders of patients in the waiting room and tells me I will be pulled next. I’m thinking okay great, I have meetings coming up that I can’t miss and I only allotted so much of my time that day for this appointment. So I go sit back down and as I’m waiting two more people get called and I’ve waited almost 20 more minutes. At this point, I’m unhappy with the lack of communication and the disrespect and disregard of my time. I don’t know if she was just incompetent or lying on purpose, neither of which feels okay, but the latter is a huge red flag. Look I get it, sometimes other appointments take longer and there are unforeseen events that change the timeframe. Totally okay, not a problem for me. What the problem for me is that the receptionist was unkind, lacking compassion, rude and had not motivation to have any type of positive discourse with me. I respect the practice’s time by scheduling my appointments ahead of time and being there on time and I expect my time to be respected in return and it wasn’t. As the face that greets every patient, I would expect a little more effort and respect from the front desk for the people who are putting their overall health and the health of their pregnancy in the hands of the practice. So disappointing and I hope something changes… fast because the doctor and nurses are phenomenal. Dr. McQuillin is diligent, attentive and caring. So thankful to have delivered with her. There's often times a long wait when you go to appointments, but that's only because she's very thorough and takes her time with each patient.

They never answer the phone, ladies at front seat are rude.

Felt rushed like she didn't really care after sitting in the exam room for 45 min. Then, they NEVER return calls. Been waiting over a week for a call back. Will be finding another doctor ????

Everyone is awesome. They treated me like family. Ashley is so sweet. Dr. McQuillin was so caring and answered my questions as I was going through a miscarriage. 5 stars the first time. Edit: 2 stars the 2nd go round. Your time isn’t important to anyone in the office. Pack you a lunch especially if you have a morning appointment. Appointments are scheduled at 8:45 when the office hours state they open at 9. She’s behind before she even gets to the office. Called the office after lunch several times before anyone would answer the phones. Doctor was on vacation, spoke with a nurse and said she would call the doctor. Dr Mcquillin is very sweet but a little scatterbrained. She confused me with a different patient twice. Twice?! How hard is it to make sure you have the right chart in front of you? Definitely didn’t make me feel important or confident that she would remember me come delivery. I quickly switched to another provider. Wait times were always very long. Everyone here is super nice, especially the ultrasound technician (she's very funny and personable, we've had a couple of entertaining conversations during my appointments). The receptionist (I believe her name is Ashley) is also very sweet each time I talk to her on the phone. The only reason I'm giving them three stars is due to a severe communication issue. I have never gotten a call back when I am promised one to get the results of tests and/or ultrasounds. This is a major issue, particularly when I'm getting tests done to check for a potentially serious issue. I have had to make countless phone calls and send multiple emails for weeks on end, only to get no response. If I don't keep calling in the hope that I might get some answers, I probably wouldn't hear my results. I was also told that a prescription was called in for me, and I was unfortunately not surprised when I went to my pharmacy to have them tell me that no prescription was called in. Again, I really like the doctor and the people who work at this practice, but I cannot understand the lack of concern for returning a patient's phone call. I don't accept being busy as an excuse when every patient and her health should be of equal priority. Amazing experience!

Love the staff and the doctor.

I LOVE Dr. McQuillin. Her staff is amazing. Sure like most Dr offices there are long waits but worth every minute. I have complicated pregnancies so i see her office A LOT in the 9 months. She is always so happy and joyful and clearly LOVES what she does. I recommend her to all my friends and even strangers. What impressed me the most was with my 2nd baby ( first delivered by her) she knew how important it was to me to have an non medicated birth. But because of my blood clot disorder I have to be induced, I was completely bummed out but she assured me i could still have the birth I wanted. during labor and delivery she was very calm and explained what was going on with baby. I did end up getting a spinal to help rest as my labor stalled out but i still felt like i got the birth experience i wanted. I LOVE Dr. McQuillin. Her staff is amazing. Difficult to get appointment. staff doesnt follow up.. they say they will call but it’s been 1 week now they haven’t call.. i called back and again same answer someone will call.. no one call me back.

I went in for my first OB appointment and had a great visit. My second visit, I was supposed to have my very first ultrasound for my very first child. I have been elated for today’s visit. I was greeted by the front desk woman who informed me that I would not be seen and would have to find another OB, if I cannot pay my insurances “deposit” of $2850. They do not accept payment plans and expect that their patients pay upfront immediately. Please keep in mind that my deductible will restart again in January and they will request this amount again. If you do not have your insurances’ deductible amount, in hand, in your first or second visit, you will be turned away. I’ve since spoken with 3 different OB’s, in the area, who ALL accept payment plans. This place is for the wealthy and those who require very little compassion. I could have paid $800 today, but not $2850. When I asked the front desk woman if this meant I’d have to find a new OB, she shrugged her shoulders and said, “if you don’t have the money...” Do NOT waste your time here. Dr Mcquillan is a great Dr but I never get calls back for blood work or for any other exam results which they tell me they will do as I leave there after my appointments. Also my daughter has requested prices for procedures she needed and she never got a call back either.

LOVE Dr. McQuillin! Have been going to her for years. She is always so nice and takes time to answer any questions and make you feel at ease. Staff is awesome too. She is an OB/GYN so sometimes there is a wait if she has a delivery but that should be expected given her profession. Awesome!

I thought she was wonderful. Actually first obgyn i had went to that actually seemed to listen. I went in for a miscarriage a few months ago and i would like to see her again for this pregnancy , but reading the bad reviews i am a little nervous that it won't be a great experiance this time around.

I have been seeing Dr. Mcquillin since I moved here to Odessa. She and her staff are amazingly kind and so helpful. Their work environment is both professional and great. She is an amazing doctor and I appreciate everything she has done for me.

Dr. McQuillin is beyond amazing. She listens to you and genuinely cares about her patients. Dealing with endometriosis she has made me feel so comfortable and is doing everything she can to help me. She has already helped me so much and her staff is extremely nice and helpful as well. I would 100% recommend her to any woman through pregnancy or any not so fun womanly issues. She’s the best! I am not one to leave reviews but this doctor & staff definitely deserve 5 stars! Great staff! AMAZING Doctor!! She listens too your concerns. Very informative to any questions you might have. You can tell she actually CARES for her patients. She never makes you feel uncomfortable in any way. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an ob/gyn! I absolutely love Dr. McQuillin and her office staff. They are quick to schedule appointments and are very understanding of reschedules. Dr. McQuillin makes you feel relaxed and at ease at every single appointment. The only time I have had to wait any length of time was due to other patients delivering their babies, which the office staff informed me of ahead of time when signing in. I highly recommend Dr. McQuillin to anyone!

I have been going to Dr. McQuillin for years now & I just love her & her Staff.

Dr. McQuillin delivered both of my girls. I am so sad that she doesn't take Medicaid. I wouldn't hesitate to go to her again. She has a genuine concern for her patients and remembered me personally when I would come for visits. The staff and reception are wonderful! They are busy because she is an amazing doctor. I wouldn't mind waiting to see her for hours on end because when she sees me, she is attentive and spends time answering my questions and concerns. A lot of doctors especially OB's assume that your aliments are all the same. Dr. Mcquillin will dig. It's something that I will always trust. Dr. McQuillin delivered both of my girls. My husband and I just love Dr. McQuillin. She is so sweet. We had some problems during my pregnancy and she was so helpful. We have a healthy baby boy and would never go to any other doctor.

Dr is great very sweet lady. Staff is nice the only problem is getting calls back. If you pay your copay and go in to talk Dr will answer all questions however, if you have more and call make sure to follow up if you don't get a call usually they are "busy" and don't call back

The doctor was great at explain all of our concern. The bad side of this doctor is the staff. They don't follow up on the doctors patients. They don't inform patient of result and also the only way you find out about any of the result is after you call them many times (not few but many times. And once they answer they will tell you that they will call u back and never do. So u end up calling they again many times just to get the results from your labs. Dr. McQuillin has been my OBGYN for 7 years. She is an incredible doctor. She's very thorough and very caring. Any time I go in I always have a lot of questions, and she doesn't mind waiting however long it takes to answer them all. She has delivered both of my babies, and I would have her deliver any more children I may have. I wouldn't trade her in for anything. I highly recommend her because of her competent and loving nature!

She and her staff make the experience the best it can be. No question is too dumb either. Very thorough.

Great staff. Attentive, made sure I understood everything , made the process easy to start preparing for my pregnancy and the birth of my child.

Love this doctor! We were there for a while but totally worth the time spent. Dr. McQuillon spent time with my daughter and I answering questions and was very knowledgeable and patient. This was my first time to be seen in 3 yrs because of the way I was treated in the past going to other doctors, but this doctor is a keeper! I will definitely continue to see her. Dr. McQuillon's staff also was very nice, smiled and had eye contact when speaking to them, also were very knowledgeable.

She delivered my baby boy in September and was incredible. I had a wonderful experience. I was super nervous and scared and she kept me calm and even let me listen to my classical music when doing exams and performing the C-Section. She is very gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She answered any question I had without hesitation and gave me her medical opinion & never once did I feel uncomfortable. She is by far the best doctor I've seen. She truly cares about her patients.

I always feel a calmness from the staff. They don't rush though any of the visits or procedures. Yes, you sometimes have to wait awhile but I will always wait on a doctor that I know is going to take the same amount of time with me if needed.

Everybody is extremely nice, and helpful. I am happy I chose this OB/GYN with my pregnancy I know I'm in good hands and will definitely be returning in the future!

Love Dr. McQuillin! She is so nice and easy to talk too! She talks you through everything she is about to do, and how it might feel. The staff is great too all very friendly! She takes time with you and not in a hurry to get to the next patient. She truly cares. Although I was waiting for over an hour and half to see her. They were apologetic that she had a surgery earlier. Life happens.

Dr McQuillin in the sweetest and most gentle Doctor I have ever seen. I have been seeing her for about 3 years now. I had some medical issues and she answered all my questions and got me thru all my problems. The staff is great also. They always accommodate me with any issue I may have. I would recommend her to anyone young and old. She is the best!

Dr. McQiullin was wonderful, I would recommend her to anyone. She and her staff are all so nice and helpful. McQuillin cares about patient comfort and talks to you the whole time so you know what to expect next. Very good bed side manners! The only reason I rated a 4 was because the wait was over an hr. But I will definitely be back!!

You have to make your appointment months in advance. But Dr. McQuillin and her entire staff make you feel so comfortable and welcome that you will be glad you waited. I highly recommend this office!

I really like dr.mcquillin. she is a very sweet woman and I feel very comfortable with her. However every time I have ever needed results for something or to talk to a nurse, the wait is forever. Hey staff did not call my prescription in until the third time I called to remind them to. It took a month for the nurse to call me back for results that Dr. McQuillin said should only take a week. I had to call several times and was only able to leave messages for the nurse.

She was amazing! I recommend her to everyone! Yes, sometimes the waits were long, but as I was her patient and had to have an emergency c-section that messed up her schedule that Tuesday...I hope people know she's not taking a break, she's with a patient. I moved to San Antonio or I'd still be going to her.

I have been going there since March, she's now seeing me regularly since I became pregnant. The staff is very polite and the Dr very nice and takes her time to explain things and answer any concerns. I recommend this office. As most doctors offices there's some wait time .. But I don't mind it, I can always rescheduled if I need to.

If I could leave a negative rating for her, I would. I told her at my only apt. that I have a disablilty which makes pregnancy high-risk, and she said we would deal with my pregnancy when it happened. I did become pregnant, was rudely shocked to find that she did not handle high-risk pregnancies (something she did not say at my apt.), and transferred me to another doctor. Either she was not paying attention, or she was just stringing me along while I was low risk and high pay. Avoid her.
