If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! My mother badly injured her knee and is unable to walk, unassisted. I had to accompany her to her appointment, in between work meetings with my 15 month old daughter. I was told I’d be unable to stay in the waiting area with my mother because my baby was not wearing a mask! This isn’t even required of children under two! I’m forced to wait outside in the cold with a baby until the appointment is over. Unacceptable and unreasonable! You should probably see someone with some compassion and morals! if i can put zero stars i will, Dr. Levine has poor communication, I got diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome i did the nerve test as she requested and she confirmed the diagnosis this was in June so we decided having a surgery for my wrist. she told it won't be until August that I will be able to have the surgery , I didn't have a problem with that and waited patiently for my procedure date. Mid July I started calling asking for updates i what I hear from the front desk was i can leave a message and the doctor will call back till this day i haven't got any calls back . FYI I went to another doctor and got my surgery done within two weeks of me seeing that doctor. I didn't have to wait for anything to be approved. So I wouldn't recommend dr. Best hand surgeon . Easy to talk to , nice staff . Explains everything thoroughly . Highly recommend

She spent less than 5 minutes looking at my fingers in the waiting room. My hand has "gangrene" on 3 fingers after an operation at Brooklyn Presb/Methodist. Just a quick look and comment that the fingertips would fall off. Not much empathy at all.

Dr. Levine could not have cared less about me or my hand. In the two times I’ve seen her, she’s never stayed in the room longer than one minute. She poked my broken hand then left.....until nurses had to check in and see why I was still there. When I saw her for a follow up, she had no notes about my first visit, asked if I had been going to therapy (she never told me to) and spent 30 seconds with me and said she couldn’t help me.

Only had 1 visit but, so far I like the service I received & the staff is nice!

Dr. Levine is the worst possible doctor a patient can choose for carpal tunnel release surgery. To start, the initial surgery date was delayed for over two weeks, meanwhile I was suffering from excruciating pain from carpal tunnel syndrome. After the surgery, the pain persisted, and I tried to contact Dr. Levine multiple times but she can never be reached and never returns any messages. All in all, I endured a surgery which was to no personal benefit, and was left with multiple medical service providers hounding me for bills which they claim my insurance does not cover. I have never been let down to such an extent by any medical provider until now. P.S. This page has a lot of five star reviews from new accounts with no other reviews. Take this with a grain of salt, I trusted her google reviews before selecting her for my surgery. Big mistake. I can say it is so refreshing to have a doctor that cares and responds the way Dr. Pamela Levine does. I dont want to have any more surgery's but I would without a shadow of a doubt with her.

Dr. Levine is one of the best around. She's very nice and pleasant. And her staff is very helpful and polite!!!!

Referred to Dr. Levine by another doctor and she has been amazing. There was some pain in my hand and once I had the MRI done, I had surgery that following Friday. (Visited her on Monday). Surgery was successful! Highly recommend Dr. Levine :-)

Horrible service!!!!

The office staff didn't inform me that my insurance was not accepted in all of the doctor's offices. I was charged $1600 for a visit. Then after the doctor told me to get an MRI, I didn't hear about the results for weeks even though I was told that if my situation was urgent (which it was) I would hear from the doctor within the week. No communication. In fact, I didn't receive a follow up call until 3 years later for my urgent matter. Dr. Levine is an excellent Orthopedic surgeon. She takes time to listen to you and gives you the best care for your condition. She treats her patients with respect and courtesy, offering various treatment options. I was very pleased with the service and treatment I received. I want to Dr. Levine because of a chronic pain, and immobility in both my hands. I was having trouble doing complex to remedial tasks without experiencing sever pain. My hands hurt 24/7. Dr.Levine did nothing to help me, she looked at my hands, ran no tests of any kind, and did nothing to treat my pain or condition. She simply told me I had to live with the condition after doing no tests, and sent me for a few weeks of therapy, I revisited her to explain it was doing nothing to help me.

I am totally & completely satisfied with the level of care & professionalism displayed by Dr. Levine. I heartedly recommend her to anyone with any kind of hand problem. She is a shining light.
