Dr. Pamela Renee Henderson

My 90 year old father had a 930 am appointment with Dr. Henderson. Due to many factors, a snow storm that made it difficult to get out of the driveway, my father’s frail condition and limited mobility, and taking the the wrong elevator to the 4th floor, we were running late. Anticipating that we would be late, the office was called as soon as I made it out of the snowy driveway. The staff that answered the call said that it was “okay”. When we finally reached the office, 30 min late, I was given a packet of paperwork to fill out. In the middle of filling it out, an office staff approached me and told me that Dr. Henderson would not be seeing my father because we were late. I pleaded with him to try and fit him in since it takes great effort to get my dad ready to go out and is exhausting for him. He just gave me a blank stare. The woman that said it was okay to come in late admitted that she received a call. Dr. Hendeeson is blind to a frail elder’s needs. Shame on her!

Dr Henderson is an outstanding surgeon in the treatment of very complex glaucoma cases She is dedicated to her patients well being Her office is skilled and equipped with the best technology for diagnosis and treatment

Dr. Henderson is a very kind and compassionate person. She really listened to all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I left the office feeling great! She really took her time to explain the importance of my appointments and gives her patients the best treatments possible. Her staff was also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Henderson.

Dr Henderson is a knowledgeable, soft-spoken, kind and caring eye doctor. She treats you as a VIP, not just another number.!! She is thorough, honest, she takes time to explain everything she does , and why it's needed. She listens to your concerns, and discusses your options for the best care possible. I have recommended her to many, including my son, hubby, and mom.. I wouldn't go to any other. So thankful for Dr.Henderson, and her excellent, friendly staff.

Dr. Pamela Henderson is, by far, the most attentive and professional ophthalmologist I’ve ever encountered. Her staff is courteous and helpful, and I’ve never left the office with unanswered questions. I highly recommend Henderson Eye Care.

Dr. Henderson has been an excellent eye doctor since my first visit with her almost nine years ago. Her procedures are professionally accomplished, and her follow-ups gain useful information for her to continue excellent treatment of my eye situations. I trust Dr. Henderson with every aspect of my eyes and eyesight. She is also friendly and congenial.
