I was not listened too or I felt as if my voice was not heard .. I was told I need antipsychotic medication and therapy I have been off for 3 years basically was told my thyroid issues are in my head I have a viral infection subacute thyroiditis not that hard to diagnose .. for a thyroid and anxiety problem ...( thryoid increases anxiety ) so when I get better how is therapy going to benefit me ?? was completely dismissive.. I went to er for inflammation of my thyroid drank tooo much soy milk bc I wasn’t given the correct info considering they had me waiting for 2 weeks for simple answers obviously that’s going to make someone anxious ..
