I have been a patient for about 8 years. This is by far the best neurologist and office I have worked with. The entire staff is welcoming and engaged. They spend time really understanding my condition and offer different options of support and treatment. Headaches are a pain, and seeing a neurologist should be. Hands down would recommend Dr. Blake and her team.

Dr. Pamela blake is awesome and so is her staff. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and she has helped and listened to me. She shows that she is very caring. I move farther 2 years ago but it's worth the drive to keep her as my Dr.

My first visit was amazing. Dr Blake is amazing. She thoroughly explain, causes and treatments for my migraines. Highly recommended

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Blake’s for probably 12 years now and she’ll be my headache specialist for life. She’s compassionate and caring but she also really knows her stuff. She clearly focuses on headache disorders but she does care about the whole person, mental health included. Her PAs are great too and everyone in the office is helpful and they’re always on your side. I appreciate that Dr. Blake keeps up to date on all the newest medications and all the studies but she’s not a doctor that will just throw an endless amount of pills at you expecting a magical cure. If you’re willing to listen, she advocates for non-medical strategies like abdominal breathing, meditation, etc to incorporate along with whatever meds you need. I also greatly appreciate that in insurance hurdles like prior authorizations, insurance denials of medications, etc, they do so much work to make sure you can get the medications/treatments that you need on time without trouble. I’m sure the time to get an appointment to see her as a new patient is long, but I promise she’s 100% worth it. Suffering from chronic migraines for over a decade. Dr. Blake is by far the best physician I have ever seen. It can take a while to get into see her, but she is well worth the wait.

I was under the care of Dr. Blake for a while. At first everything seemed to be going well. Although, in the past 3 years things started going downhill. First, you get punished if you have to reschedule an appointment. Gloria will make sure to give you an appointment 3 months down the road, just because some emergency happened and you had to rescheduled. Oh, I have to mentioned that no matter how much pain you are experiencing, Gloria will make sure that you wait 3 or 4 months to be able to see Dr. Blake or any of her PAs. After my nerve decompression surgery, my level of pain improved. However, after my first pregnancy, the pain started increasing. I asked in numerous time to please be ordered an MRI, which I was denied as Dr. Blake firmly believed that my pain was emotional, caused by anxiety. They told me in numerous occasions that I had to see a psychiatrist. I have to mention that I am a mental health professional as well. I know if I'm dealing with anxiety or not. I also see a psychotherapist as most of us, mental health professionals do due to the type of job that we do. Unfortunately, my opinion was completely ignored. About a year ago, I became pregnant, my second pregnancy. Unfortunately, I was also very ill as my body was fighting my pregnancy and attacking itself. Anyways, I was supposed to have Botox done the week I found out that I was pregnant. Needless to say, that the appointment was canceled. During my pregnancy I became started having flare ups. Unfortunately, getting an appointment was almost impossible. 2 days before my appointment, I became very ill with the flu, and upper respiratory infection and a GI infection. I called to cancel the appointment the day before, as I was not going to make it. Once again, my appointment was rescheduled for 3 months down the road. I patiently waited, even though I was in so much pain. This time, my baby and my older son became very ill with the flu, strep and bronchiolitis. I had to call and tried my best to get another appointment sooner than 3 months as I was also experiencing excruciating pain. Once again, I was treated as an "offender" because I had to rescheduled. Not only Gloria was rude and condescending. I had to wait 2 more months for my appointment. This appointment was scheduled for 1pm, however, when I arrived I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 12pm and that I was late. I asked to be please be seen as I took time from work (that I don't have) to make the appointment, had driven 45 minutes to see the doctor, went through hell to be able to make the appointment but, they did not care. Lauren told me that she was going to ask the doctor if she wanted to see me. She took time to "ask", came back and told me that the Dr. Blake said that I was late for my appointment, that she was at lunch and had no time to see me. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. The staff know that I always do a reminder of the appointment on my phone and my personal agenda. Both said that my appointment was at 1pm. I received a voicemail from Lauren the day before to confirm my appointment. No time was left on the voicemail so, I was still 100% sure that my appointment was at 1pm. I'm completely disappointed and currently seeking for a good and caring neurologist to continue with my care. Medical doctors have a general knowledge about mental health issues, however, they are not specialized in this area. That is the main reason on to why we all specialized and have areas of expertise. The staff who picks up have bad attitude and needs to be changed or there will be zero patients coming from a business experience. Dr.Blake is a great doctor but her front desk staff are rude , try to act like you’re bothering their “holy time” and try to tell others that what they told you isn’t what they said. Since moving to their new location the quality of care and customer service as plummeted. The reception staff and medical assistants are rude and unfriendly on the phone. The reception staff is not knowledgeable and make sure to make you feel like a nuisance for calling at all. While Dr. Blake provides relatively satisfactory care, I do think I will be looking elsewhere for more compassionate and customer focused care. Dr. Blake is very intelligent, typically minimal wait time and up to date on treatments and research. I drove over an hour to see her several times a month for treatments. She did a full background with me for over an hour my first appointment. I am never rushed and all my questions are answered well. I WAS impressed. Then after only giving one referral for surgery whom didn't take insurance , I declined the 20k surgery and she refused to treat. She's a fan of giving depression inventories and when you upset her she's quick to assume mental health even with zero evidence. I've had chronic migraines for 17 years. Dr. Blake, Deo, and Jill are the first doctors to really listen. I have to travel an hour and a half to see them, but it's worth it!

I have had migraine for over 20 years. Dr. Blake was the first doctor to take the time to ask questions, to actually listen and to come up with a plan. It took a while to get in for my initial visit, but it has been so worth it. I had a great experience at the new location. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. It was a much less stressful location to get to then the hospital that Dr. Blake used to be at.

Love, love, love her! Dr. Blake is one of my favorite doctors! She's patient and compassionate. Never feel rushed at my appointment. She makes me feel like at ease and comfortable discussing the issues that have triggered my migraines. Definitely recommend her!

Dr. Blake, Jill, and DO have all been wonderful providers. I’ve been a patient if theirs for over 2 years. She came highly recommended by my previous neurologist in Kentucky. I have been a patient of Dr. Blake since about 2011. She has been an amazing Dr. Recognizing how severe my headaches are and how best to treat them. She ALWAYS listens to me and shows concern about my family. I have been with her a LONG time and she has always been kind and her helpers (Office and PA's) have ALWAYS been extremely kind and helpful. Living with painful everyday #9-10 headaches are not fun (picture headaches that made me BLIND and THROWING UP almost daily) but, now I can have weeks and even a month or two of #5-8 headaches (picture not blind and throwing up). To me she and her staff are a gift from God. Am I prefect? NO but I'm doing so much better and I'm very grateful for Dr. Blake.

Dr. Blake has been treating my daughter for Hemiplegic Migraines for 5 years. She is wonderful. She listens to your concerns and focuses on creating the best management plan that fits your needs.

Dr Blake is fantastic, but today I had to call the office and was put on hold by Akilla (spelling?). I waited more that 10 minutes and decided to hang up and call back in case they had forgotten me. Akilla picked up immediately and I asked why she hadn’t picked up my waiting call. She started arguing with me, without apology, and didn’t let me say anything. She then hung up on me. When I called back she was just about yelling at me and said she didn’t hang up on me which she absolutely did! Then she said she was not going to talk to me anymore and she would get someone else on the phone. She put me on hold and I waited another 8 minutes. Called back again and, thank goodness, I got a very nice girl on the phone. I think her name was Angela. She had a slight Hispanic accent and was very helpful. Dr Blake I hope you read this. Akilla is definitely not the right girl for the job.

I've never had such a terrible experience with a doctor before. She put in my chart that I had a bunch of mental illnesses before she ran any kind of testing. After I did her psych eval and it came back that I didn't have any of the mental illnesses she misdiagnosed me with, she refused to update my chart. Now I have a long list of misdiagnosed mental illnesses and now every time I see a doctor or have to go to the ER, all they see is my mental illness that I don't have and I am disregarded unless I have someone with me to help advocate. She tried telling me that there is nothing wrong with me and everything is all in my head. I was in a car accident and suffered real injuries, she disregarded my car accident and told me my pain is all in my head. I have suffered from many autoimmune diseases and recently diagnosed with lupus, sjogren's syndrome and fibromyalgia. I'm doing physical therapy twice a week because I am in real pain. These things are not all in my head as she kept telling me and her negligence and misdiagnosed conditions have made getting my actual diseases treated very difficult. I have been trying to get my medical record amended for almost 6 months and she refuses to correct her mistake even though she acknowledges that I do not have the conditions she placed in my chart. I am now filing a complain with HIPPA and will seek legal action if needed to get my misdiagnosed mental conditions removed from my medical record so my doctors can stop trying to force antidepressants I don't need down my throat and treat my actual physical illnesses. Fantastic Neurologist. She takes the time to listen to you, is very in depth in her evaluation of your symptoms, direct but with excellent bedside manners. 11 previous neurologist over 2 years could not figure out what was going on and considered me a lost cause, she figured it out in 45min at my first appointment, had a surgery consult same day and was booked for surgery 1 month later, its been 8 months since surgery and well on my road to recovery and back to living my life. I cant say enough good things about her, she brought me back from a very dark place, being lost in medical system from previous doctors and restored my faith in physicians (at least some of them). Dr. Blake is incredible! It took awhile to get scheduled for the first appointment, but it was worth it. She spent over an hour discussing all of my symptoms and thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. I have been seeing Dr. Blake for over 10 years. She literally has saved me. It has definitely been a journey, and I had to stick with the game plan, but in the end I am a much healtheir person overall. I do still get headaches, but management of them has significantly been better with all the help of Dr. Blake. It is not a one-all fix all for headaches, each person is different.In my experience she has been the best thng that has ever happened to help my condition.

At first I everything seemed to be ok, however, things started to rapidly go down hill. She started to say that my headaches were psychosomatic and started just ignoring what I reporting to her. Her front desk staff are the rudest, judgmental, apathetic and less compassionate people I’ve know. My son got very sick with the flu and I had to cancel my so needed appointment. Even though I was needing to see the doctor so bad, they gave me an appointment 3 months down the road.

Eventhough I had been diagnosed and treated by another neurologist (and others before that due to insurance changes) and have had procedures done for my headaches, Dr. Blake told me she believed my headaches were psychosomatic. She said medication was not going to help me would not refill what I was currently on or consider treating me until I passed neuropsych therapy. Frustrated that I need to save my remaining therapy sessions for the surgery on my foot, I will have to find someone else.

Eventhough I had been diagnosed and treated by other well respected headache specialists located in TX and out of state and have had medical procedures for headaches, Dr. Blake told me she believed my headaches were psychosomatic and she would not consider treating me until I passed neuropsych testing. When I asked her how all of the specialists that I had seen for 25+ years had been wrong, her answer was "because I just know." One year later, I was properly diagnosed and had a cervical fusion

I suffer from cluster/migraine headaches, very painful. Dr. Blake has been working with me very diligently to help ease the pain, thus ending the cluster period. I am so pleased with Dr. Blake's knowledge of headache care. She takes time out to explain your condition and answer your questions. Her manners are superb. She shows interest in truly helping you to feel better. Dr. Blake is a very genuine physician and really empathizes with your pain. I have never met a doctor quite like her.

I have been going to Dr. Blake since July 2008. I have suffered with migraines for over 35 years, with about 22 years being in horrific pain & so sick. I had another Dr. for 7 years before Dr. B, when he didn't want to help me anymore, he was so insulting & rude! I saw Dr. Blake on a health report on tv & I started going to her. She has done so much to help me to feel better. I still suffer, but not as bad as when I started seeing her. She's very caring & compassionate. I highly recommend her!!
