These people could of seriously harmed my daughter they gave her someone else’s allergy shot and didn’t even care. When I asked for something in writing I was told they couldn’t provide me anything as it had to go up to the compliance coordinator and she would get back to me. I have left messages and have yet to receive a call back from anyone. Please avoid this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Baines for a couple years now as she is my doctor while on allergy drops. Every time I have been in the office to see her, she is always very professional. Went in Friday last week, upon arriving saw that the person ahead of me was as also booked for 2pm . At 2:15 a lady arrives and says the doctor is going to be late, and if we need to reschedule to go to reception ! The place was full , it was like a meat market they also took my money for the appointment, after trying to confront the lady she said it’s not her fault , Taking no responsibility! I am trying to get my money back but ofcourse billing department was unavailable friday after 3:30pm, and eventually through my own doing I got the refund today. Very through, office very efficient.

I had an allergy test scheduled for my daughter at 10:30 am , we arrived 15 minutes early as the office requested. We were not called back until 11:30 am , the allergy test began with the tech / nurse. After the test 15 mins was up the tech/ nurse measured all the spots on my daughter's back. She said that she definitely was allergic to dogs and cats dust mites mold and tree pollen. Dr. Baines never stepped foot in to measure them herself, I say this because it all correlates. So after the test we are pulled into another room to wait to be seen by Dr. Baines. We're sitting there for 20 , then 30 + mins . I went to ask the staff when the Dr would be in and they said she is still with a patient. So I just decided to tell them to have the Dr call with results they said ok you can leave then . Sorry but having a 5 yo wait for lunch isn't ok . I couldn't have even had her eat something while we waited because no food or drink. So I waited around all day for a phone call and nothing by 4pm. So I called and was able to reach Tanya who is Baines assistant . She informed me that after all this my daughter's test was inconclusive because she was allergic to the control , that now after paying out of pocket almost 700$ that I am supposed to take her for a blood panel. I guess I just feel like if Dr baines took the time to actually come look for herself this would have been avoided . But clearly she's more concerned with overbooking to make more money from the insurance companies. People don't just pick money off trees these days I brought in my daughter for allergy testing because as a mother I feel it's important. I just hope maybe this will help other parents see that all they're after is money and not patient care. Great job Bay Care. Dr. Pamela Baines is a brilliant surgeon and ENT. She has cared for my son for over 10 years now and well worth our hour long drive to see her for his appointments.

I have been a patient with this doctor for almost 3 months at the big bend office Riverview , at first dr.baines was ok ,but not very pleasant to visit her she seems to be very busy to take time to listen to her patients ,back office personnel it’s a circus , they never seem to call the medications on time to the pharmacy or either order them on line for you,front office are more nice , the ladies that gives the allergy shots to patients ,one of the by the name Anita she is rude and very unprofessional , the way she gives the shots is super painful no matter how used to it you are it’s always painful with her Last but not least my last two visits there was a lady with her dog inside of the office and it wasn’t necessarily a service dog and the people who visit this office regularly for shots are always with kids it’s very loud in there it looks more like a daycare I will not recomend this office or doctor to anyone she’s not professional at all

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Boothby, who is also a part of FL ENT. Today I saw Dr. Baines. She was very personable and professional and explained everything to me and different scenarios to look for while I am on the mend. She is a great doctor. Answered all my questions and took her time accessing my situation. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends. And will definitely go back to her. Worst Office I have ever been to. I saw Dr Baines on Aug. 27th. after a long wait I got to see her. She was in and out of my room several times. Must have been juggling other people. When she came in she took a swab of my sinus and said she would call me in a few day with an answer. Said I had a bad infection, but would not give me anything until she got an answer.I have called the office (now 6times) and still nothing. First I was to leave a message with her nurse...who I now found out she was out of the office....nobody takes her messages????? Just called and after a long wait,I found out that Dr Baines is out of the COUNTRY! WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO DO BUSSINESS!# I asked for my test results and was told ONLY Dr.Baines could give them to me. Wonderful!! There you go great office and Dr.?????? Dr. Baines performed some procedures on my face involving removal of cancer cells and a large lipoma. Excellent technique resulted in great-looking results and very minimal scaring. I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Baines for her professionalism!

Dr promised lab analysis for sinus infection in 3 days. Nothing after 10 days and numerous followup calls to Dr. Was told that she was out of town. Neither practice or office staff provided coverage. Told I'd have to wait or call 911 if a medical emergency. Finally got copy of report via a formal request thru my primary care physician. Report showed a severe case of MRSA. Dr Baines staff would not connect me to her to discuss complaint. Their delays jeopardized me & my family's health.

Showed up at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment. Wasn't out of their waiting room until 5pm. Wasn't treated until 5:40. The treatment- a cauterization- didn't resolve the issue.

Great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Also, a very nice and clean location!

I did not make it past the scheduling phase. I called to make an appointment with the physician and the person answering the phone did not know if they accepted my insurance. She was unable/unwilling to find out and was not kind about the interaction. I said goodbye and hung up. I ended up called 4 other ENT physicians before finding one who could verify that they took my insurance. Customer service is severly lacking in this office.

Doctor Baines is the most thorough Doctors I have been associated with. She is a pleasure doing business with as a patient. Doctor Baines dedication to her work is more a pleasure than a job. I would recommend her practice to any one needing her services.

I went to see her for sinus trouble and ear popping, she kept telling me it was allergies and each time I came back she would give me a different alllergy medicine along with the $60 copay i had to fork over each time..The problem is unresolved and I will not be going back to her..Save your time and $...choose another ENT in Tampa...
