EXTREMELY rude receptionist on 4/13 @ 1030am.

Absolutely unacceptable way to treat someone who is looking for mental health help. Seek help elsewhere!!!

Dr Hazel has helped me navigate my disease process with compassion, dignity, and genuine concern for my well being. I highly recommend him!

I was never called about my appointment and showed up to my scheduled appointment only to be told it has been cancelled. I never canceled the appointment, and the staff refused to work with me to correct their mistakes. I was looking forward to working with this doctor based on all the positive reviews, but I can't in good conscience give money to someone whose staff makes errors and then penalizes patients for those errors. Had a great experience with Doctor Hazel. He was very friendly and excellent at putting the biochemistry of ADHD in layman's terms.

Every visit I've had with Dr. Hazel has been positive and helpful. He listens carefully and does not rush you. I highly recommend him.

Great doctor, I was nervous for my first appointment but looking forward to my next one. Grateful that Dr Hazel was referred to me by a friend.

The only doc able to help my son. He's amazing! We love him!

Total negligence as he gave a diagnosis (after limited observation) that was the opposite of one given by a court-appointed psychiatrist and a behavioral health hospital. He even attempted to support his diagnosis in court testimony. Ten year later, his diagnosis and recommendations were proven to be horrifically incorrect to the detriment of the family involved.

Dr. Hazel is one of the most intelligent, patient, and understanding doctors I have ever come by and a very kind and composed man like myself. I would recommend this doctor to any patients and parents looking for doctors with his specialty to help their whippersnappers. Thank you Dr. Hazel.

He was recommended to me for anxiety disorder. He is so calm and peaceful, it helps me talk about things that are bothering me. If I had to change psychiatrist, I'd be very disappointed.

Love Dr. Hazel. He knows how to put you at ease. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hazel is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate about helping his patients. He is head and shoulders above my last psychiatrist. Yes, his schedule fills up rapidly, but he's worth waiting for, in my opinion. Thank you, Dr. Hazel, for helping me manage my care.

I chose to make an appt. w/Dr. Hazel because of reviews & endorsements as 1 of top 3 psychiatrist in area.I made my appointment 1st week of September & unfortunately he was not available for a new patient appointment 'til Oct. 10th. I understood this as those who are great are obviously hard to get into. I called on Sept. 22nd to confirm and it was confirmed.On the following Monday,I received a message-cancelled as he won't be in &rescheduling for the week after. It's a human beings health.

Everyone was amazing from the office staff to Dr. Hazel himself. He listen, asked questions, and was able to keep up with my flow of thoughts there were all of the map. I purposely sought out a psych that had experience with ADHD. Dr. Hazel has been a wealth of knowledge and has been able to anwser almost every question I've presented to him. He doesn't just focus on specific issues and symptoms, but emphasizes a whole-body sort of wellness which has greatly imrpoved the quality of my life.
