Dr. Nandeeschwar is a great arthritis specialist. I have been seeing her for several years and she is consistently friendly, very helpful and a very good doctor. I recommend her very highly.

Dr. Nan (as the staff calls her) was patient, thoughtful and very helpful. I left feeling educated and able to understand the treatment plan. I would recommend her to everyone!

I needed help. They refused to provide it!!! All I needed was a prescription refilled for gout.. I was having a gout attack. I was an established patient. I had moved to the Fort Worth area but I'd lost my medical insurance. I couldn't afford to come into be seen for cash. The pain was so severe I couldn't walk, so driving was definitely not an option. Im over an hour away. I tried getting them to call me in a prescription they prescribed me for the last time I had a gout attack but I couldn't get past someone named "puke-e". I tried explaining the above to her but she didn't seem to care. It was like she read her answers off of a card. Not really listing to me or my problems. I needed help. They refused to provide it!!! I have known Dr. Nan for almost over 10 years. She came to me when I was in the hospital in a fetal position due to the swelling and an RA. With Dr. Nan’s expertise I was able to recover that day and leave the hospital within two days! She has followed me through the years since, maintaining my health through her monitoring my conditions and period blood work. She has advised me as to how to deal with RA episodes not only when they occur but how to reduce them. Dr. Nan has always been responsive to my request and needs. Her office has always been responsive to requests and forthcoming with follow-ups and reminders. As I consulted with my other doctors she is highly respected and recognized for her expertise and knowledge. I would not hesitate (and have often) recommended her and her practice to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Nan!

I have seen her a couple times now. I feel confident in the Dr. but the staff is only friendly when they interact with you, but totally don't seem to care at all when you are waiting. No updates, and no respect toward the patient. I was in such pain one time I asked for some typenol or something once. They finally put me in a room for chair for relief. When they finally put me in a room to be seen apparently they completely forgot about me. My early appt ended up I was the last to leave. I saw how other patients who had later appts were even seen before I was. I don't understand their process. I have seen her a couple times now. Wonderful Dr. Listen, explains everything so I can understand. I recommend her very highly.

Terrible office. Takes forever to get an appointment. Once you get in they want to test and see you for everything so they can bill insurance. Needless follow ups simply to ask if you're doing fine. Can't get them to call pharmacy back to refill prescriptions. Should be a zero rating.

This is ridiculous I had an appointment at 3:40 it is now hour afterwards and I still might not be seen for another hour. No concern about patients time.

This office is a nightmare to deal with. They never answer the phone, they go days without returning calls, their non-responsive when it comes to medical records. The culture and climate of this office building is anything but patient centered. If you're cool with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE then you might like this office; otherwise, find a professional that has established a "we take care of patients" office environment.

Dr. Nandeeshwar was my rheumatologist when I first showed symptoms of AS. My primary was at a loss. Dr N was thorough - even looking at dietary and gene markers. I was completely confident in her decisions. I am experiencing new problems with my as, and even though I live in a different state now, I plan on driving back to consult Dr. N.
