Great visit as usual. Excited for the new location to open. They have definitely outgrown this location.

I have seen Dr. Richards twice. He was able to diagnose and treat my shoulder with physical therapy. Today I saw him for my hand and with his complete assessment, I am confident that in a couple of weeks, I will be able to resume my normal activities.

Fantastic experience. Nurses...awesome....Doctor....Super. All were knowledgeable and great !!!! The BEST!!!!!!!!

I am a kayak guide and Dr. Richards has been my go-to for all things hand-related over a couple of decades. His diagnoses have always been spot on and suggested plans of treatment have been conservative (doesn't rush to surgery) and successful.

My appointment was on time (actually a bit early) and went quite well. Dr. Richards was thorough and fully explained the shoulder problems I am having and treatment options available. He and his staff were cordial, professional and respectful.

Dr. Richards is a very kind and caring doctor. He takes his time with you and explains everything. I highly recommend him.

Went to a consultation within an hour Dr Richards had taken me in as a patient. I would recommend him to anybody who needed help. He is awesome!!!

Dr. Richards is a great guy. Really likable, personable, and very professional in those issues for the hand. His assistant, Kim, is also very, very nice. I went in for Dupuytren’s Contracture… And they knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend.

Great first time experience! Everyone from the time I checked in through seeing Dr. Richards was very nice and professional. Treated my trigger thumb with injection. Would definitely refer others with the same diagnosis here.

On my recent visit, Dr. Richards spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Dr.Richards and staff are exceptional. Making appointment, treatment by Nicole and others in office, and the caring, highly professional Dr. Richards was a very pleasant experience not often seen in medical offices today.

Dr Paul Richards was very good at diagnosing my problem with hand and thumb pain and weakness. He had suggested an injection into the hand which helped clear up the problem in a couple of days. I would highly recommend him to anyone with hand problems.

Dr. Richards is amazing. Also his whole staff is great. It was a very professional visit and everything is done in good time. I didn't really like the steroid shot. LOL.

Great bedside manner, professionalism from Dr Richards and assistant Brooke, all the way through staff. Dr Richards will take time to answer any and all your questions and concerns. He did a phenomenal carpal tunnel and shoulder tear repair.

Dr. Richards and his PA are friendly, took time to understand my pain locations & issues, and clearly presented options for treatment.

Dr. Richards is the absolute best there is. He is the most knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic Dr. that I have ever had an experience with. Too bad that all of my other Dr.s pale in comparison. Lucky me to have found Dr. Richards. I hope you have the fortunate chance to see him for your surgical & treatment needs.

The office is very organized, no waiting on time.Dr Richards is very pleasant and so is Brook .Explain everything, and listened. didn't feel rush..Surgery needed in a few weeks I will update then.

Back in 2018 I had been bitten by a cat on my thumb. The cat bit so hard that my tendon in my thumb snapped. It had to be replaced. To dr. Richards performed the surgery by taking the extender tendon from my index finger which I learned your index finger has two so you actually have a spare part. He used that pending for my index finger to place the index finger in my thumb. He did a wonderful job. My thumb is fully functional. His staff was wonderful today I had to go in because I popped a tendon in my ring finger on my right hand. Thankfully I don't need to have surgery but I chose to go back to Dr. Richards just in case I needed to. He and his staff are awesome they actually listen to what your problem is and you can actually ask questions if you don't understand. They are very patient and will work with you. My experience with dr. Richards has exceeded my expectations very professional. Dr. Richards and his team took wonderful care of me the surgery was performed fantastic I had very little pain and the follow-up care was just smooth and fast I didn't have to wait at all thank you for doing such a wonderful job

Called for appointment. I have DeQuerven in my wrists. I cannot grip anything. I've had this condition for years and usually see another doctor in the area. I have been experiencing hand pain over the last two months. Before it progressed, I made an appointment to see if something could be done to calm down the inflammation/pain. X-rays were taken and an exam was done. At the time of the visit I was not in pain; I was given no treatment of any kind. I was not seeking "pain" meds. However, I was offered NO treatment of any kind. Just told to come back if it persists or gets worse; basically it was a waste of my time and money. Although everyone was nice I won't go back. From someone who has had numerous doctors and been to many different dr. Offices due to injuries from over the years. I can say I'm very impressed with their office staff, medial staff and Dr. Richards.
