Dr. Owen Stanley Reichman

The doctor does not seem to care about the well being of his patients. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service , knowledge and the team's attitude.

Dr. Reichman and his staff are all friendly and efficient. I recommend this office for ENT services.

Very rude, no interest in helping me at all. My eustachian tubes are stuck open which is a nightmare. He said I needed a psychiatrist. Total quack. If you need help go somewhere else.

Dr. Reichman is great. Everyone knows the reviews on here are written because people either had a fantastic experience or a terrible one. If you're reading this, feel free to disregard the 2-star and under reviews. They're mostly about the administrative staff and they've always been beyond kind and very helpful for me. The trick is being kind to them. Some people forget that they're humans, too. Either way, Dr. Reichman has always been helpful and informative. The staff has been helpful and accommodating. Great doctors but the scheduling/phone staff don't seem to care much. I called with a medical emergency when I suddenly went completely deaf in one ear and I was told they couldn't get me in for over a week. I asked if I should go to an emergency room and they told me, "wait, hold on....best we can do is two or 3 days from now." I ended up in tears on the phone trying to understand why I all of a sudden went deaf in one ear and they were not empathetic or caring at all. I ended up going to the emergency room anyway, but when I finally did get in, the doctor ordered a blood test. I got the blood test and the lab told me the results would be in 24-48 hours. That time had passed so I called the doctor's office to see if my results were in. Again, the lady on the phone told me they probably wouldn't get them back for a week. The lab and the office are in the same building! . It's like they have so much business they don't actually care about people. Made an appointment for a simple ear cleaning, upon arrival they had no record of my appointment. I drove from downtown Denver to not even be seen. Still can’t hear.

Dr. Reichman, Dr. Miller, Dr. Fabiola, and their wonderful PA-C Mallory are simply a terrific team. They genuinely care about their patients and do their absolute best to provide quality service. Their office manager is always available to address any concerns of patients and their receptionists are super helpful and remember your name. The surgery that I had done by Dr. Reichman has completely changed my life. I never imagined the post procedure changes would be so drastic & I am so grateful that I choose to go to him. For years I suffered from rhinitis, resulting in daily discomfort & chronic sinus infections. I was absolutely miserable and felt as though I constantly had a cold. I went to 2 other ENT's before Dr. Reichman and both told me it was "just allergies". Come to find out it wasn't. I had non allergenic rhinitis, yet still wasn't having much relief after the diagnosis. Dr. Reichman was the first & ONLY doctor to realize my rhinitis was due to structural issues in my nasal passages and nasal bones. He recommended four different procedures which have provided so much relief. I no longer have any symptoms, have to take any allergy medication, and I haven't had a single sinus infection or cold. I was referred to Dr. Reichman from my Doctor. I love the online portal where you can fill out paperwork in advance. A little grungy in the waiting room. Dr. Reichman has a brusque bedside manner. I have a problem that was not easy to fix or live /with-ménière’s disease. Kept questioning the validity of my previously diagnosis by disability and wasn’t willing to work with me and got me out of there. He seemed rushed and even forgot to bring up hearing loss until I was out the door.

His specialties indicate that he treats autoimmune diseases, but he completely ignored my inquiries whether that might be my problem. Foisted me off on his PA for months, who also ignored those possibilities. In that time, I got increasingly ill...and btw, it WAS an autoimmune disease.

I visited Dr. Reichman for a problem inside my ear canal. It was very painful. Even the treatment was painful. I told him about the pain and he was extremely compassionate and understanding. I was treated very respectfully and the procedure was virtually painless and 100% effective. I felt like he really cared and showed great empathy. .

This was a 2nd visit and after waiting 45 minutes Dr. Reichman told my Mother her tongue looked better, unfortunately, he didn't see her on the prior visit, just the PA. Her oncologist diagnosed and treated her problem in 2 minutes. What Owen Reichman couldn't do in 2 weeks, a competent physician did almost immediately. Keep looking for a good ENT. Dr. Reichman was kind, listened, and immediately figured out that my throat problem was an obstructed salivary gland which he opened up in his office at the same appointment. I was a Critical Care/Trauma RN for over 18 years and I feel he was an excellent, knowledgeable Dr. I am particular about my physicians. I highly recommend making an appointment with him. Getting in make take a few weeks as he is so popular, but that is because he is good and knows his stuff! His staff does a great disservice to the patients by over booking appointments. The last time I went it was 1 hour and 20 minutes for me to see the doctor. Not only would I not recommend him, I don't think I will go back. Great ENT doctor, but this happens all the time there. It's not like there was an emergency .

Dr. Reichman performed surgery on two of my children around age 21. Both has unusual crevices in their tonsils that caused repeat infections. My daughter had a rare type of infection that really needed removal but we didn't realize it until the pathology came back. I chose him for the second surgery because of his manner, his patient contact skills and his "we can do that" attitude. He works quickly minimizing anesthesia exposure and has always done quality work.

Dr. Reichman helped me with an issue that other doctors could not solve he was GREAT. For a different issue he was out of town and I had to see another ENT there was a clear difference. Dr. Reichman sees my wife and did surgery. He was great for her and explained everything to me as well. I will always always go to Dr. Reichman if I need an ENT.

Spends a lot of time with patients and makes sure to answer any questions. Follows up promptly if a message is left. Staff is very warm and welcoming.
