Staff is like 50/50 here for me. If you get the right person, they're great but every other person I have encountered not so great or helpful. I called today after being referred by my PCP to this specific place and felt shamed because they gave me the wrong clinic number. Or the person who answered my call just didn't want to be helpful. I asked which clinic did that and she had no idea and wouldn't even schedule me without my PCP calling even though I have paper referral in hand for their clinic and was seen here for my last pregnancy. As if navigating the Healthcare system wasn't hard enough already, people like her make it even more difficult. She didn't even give her name. Won't be going back for my OB needs anymore. Burnt out from the bad staff too many times now.

Very attentive and professional

Dr. Sayre was absolutely amazing. I have never received such compassionate care. She was patient and kind. She answered all of my questions without judgement. I felt very comfortable with the plan she came up with.

1st appointment my doctor was an hour late, 2nd appointment she was rude and condescending and was not respectful if I choose to deny certain care. Overall not a fan and won’t be going back for a 3rd time

Dr Lyons and her nurse were pleasant and easy to work with, informative and listened well. The scheduling desk is not, they were not pleasant or informative, and seem quite proud of the fact that they will not maintain a cancellation list or call people, but instead expect patients to call daily if necessary to check if there are any cancellations allowing them to move up sooner. They were unwilling to accommodate when asked by both myself and my PCP to move to a sooner date for a referral for medical necessity, or even to transfer to a triage nurse when asked to do so. By going around the scheduling desk and speaking directly to Dr. Lyons nurse, I was able to get the sooner appointment, which schedulers assured me was impossible.

Dr Driscoll is great! The check in process was crazy. About 10 minutes of waiting to check in and then there are a lot of questions and paperwork. Seems ‘old school’ like most of it could have been done online prior to the appointment

Didn't have to wait long. Dr Boley has a good bedside manner. She has a good since of humor. She makes you feel comfortable.

I was very nervous to go to my first appointment. I didn’t know what to expect. The ultrasound tech and Dr. Whitis made my husband and I feel comfortable and excited about our upcoming pregnancy. I couldn’t be happier with how our experience went!

It's great.

I have been coming to this clinic since I turned that age. They have always been nice and got me in and out in a good amount of time. I was able to get to my bf appointment as well
