Mr. Oscar Javier Manrique Mogollon

This doctors office is made up of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They forced me to send a referral 3 times before speaking to me then refused to render service and refused to provide documentation of refused service so I could go else where and accused me of trying to commit insurance fruad for simply seeking a referral when I was told they couldn't preform the surgery I need. All the way from the surgical coordinator to the office manager I was belittled and gasslit about the situation. When I expressed that my insurance company required I go to them or provide documentation that they cant provide the service they told me it was a me problem and I was unreasonable. Extremely problematic ethical problems are happening in this office and they need to be investigated by the state.

Dr Manrique is personable and intelligent. He's very thorough in his explanations of his procedures, often to the point of repeating himself so that you really understand and consent to his care plans. In terms of his surgical ability, he's fantastic. I can't recommend him enough.
