Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Well worth driving two hours for my procedure. Now on the fast track to a full recovery.

Having been to Dr. Swayze before, and with my current medical issue in his area of specialty, I wouldn't think of anyone else to whom I would entrust my medical care. The visit went very well and Dr. Swayze was very attentive to my medical concerns and provided a thorough summary of treatment options. I highly recommend him.

Seeing Dr. Scott Swayze today was like seeing an old friend. He is very friendly and knows what he is talking about. He tells you what he thinks is best for you but gives you several options to choose from leaving the decision for how to pursue treatment up to patient. He replace both my husband knees and his right hip. All three turned out great. I’m glad that he will now be doing a knee replacement on me as it keeps me from worrying ever so much.

Dr. Swayze is not only the best Orthopedic Dr. around but he is a dear friend as well. 5 stars do not do him justice. Thanks Dr. Swayze for another great experience.

Dr. Swayze took time to listen to the medical history that led me to my recent appointment with him. He then explained what options I had from his perspective and did not try to convince me to go one way or the other. When I suggested that I would think on it for a few weeks, he seemed perfectly fine with the "pause" and even offered suggestions as to how I could change a few things to help alleviate some of the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Swayze as an Orthopedic specialist.

Doctor Swayze is amazing, I have been suffering with this for a year. I went in hopeless, thinking here I go again. When I left I told him that he renewed my hope again. This was my first visit with him and I hope we have a long relationship. My body has a lot of needs but really I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Swayze. I would trust Doctor Swayze with the advice that he gives.

He's faster than a speeding bullet. Do not waste time with chitchat, explain the problem & get his opinion. I trust him implicitly & love that he does not JUMP TO SURGERY!!! He has helped me with my knees & both shoulders. AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING!!! He's a TEN OUT OF TEN!!!

Doctor cares about what's going on with your problem.

I was seen at the appointed time and did not have to wait an extended period of time to be seen. The office staff was nice and professional, informing me of all information required to expediate my future visits. Dr. Swayze explained the procedure very clearly and put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. After my visit, I now feel confident in my decision of choosing Dr. Swayze for this procedure.

I would like to amend my prior google review. I had given Dr. Swayze a low review due to a lack of response to my efforts to receive test results. After reading my email to his nurse, he called me after hours and apologized. I appreciate anyone who admits when they are wrong and goes so far as to ask forgiveness. I realize that doctors are human and can sometimes make mistakes, as we all do. I appreciate Dr Swayze‘s honesty and humility. Although he has not done my surgery as yet, I would give him a high rating.

this is a very caring , concerned , and knowledgeable doctor . he has been the absolute best and has went out of his way and beyond to take care of me . he is a sweet and gentle soul and i am so so glad he is my doctor . he alleviated my pain and has the best bedside manner . he listens and that means alot to me .

Had a total knee replacement .. The whole team from reception to Nicole to Dr. S were awesome ... They took time answer my questions and give me encouragement !! This is a top notch practice.

I went to see Dr. Swayze due to soreness in my right knee. The personnel who checked me in, the assistant who gathered information and the x-ray technician all were professional and friendly. And, of course, Dr. Swayze was outstanding. After viewing the x-rays he mentioned options and we decided to go with a cortisone injection. I will come back in three months to have another injection.

Dr. Swayze is very personable as well as professional. He gave me plenty of time to ask questions and I appreciated his reassurance concerning my diagnosis. I highly recommend him to others.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Dr. Swayze answered all my questions, met with me exactly on time and was very helpful.

As always, a good visit. I have been seeing him since 2001, he has replaced one hip and one knee which had no patella (so far). I have a rare congenital problem that he learned about and applied that knowledge to my treatment. He also checks past history on each new visit for comparisons. I trust him completely.

Dr. Swayze was very knowledgeable about my surgery but also sure of the possibilities going forward when I was ready was the only way to correct the problem. I wish previous Dr.’s would have told me that rather than go through the aggravation of the shots to no avail. Very pleased.

Dr. Swayze did not talk down to me, or call me obese, but just the facts and I appreciate it. Looking forward to my knee replacement instead of constant pain. I did not have to wait long to see him (I was early) and out in about 14 minutes later.

Phenomenal Surgeon and a great person. I had a full hip replacement. He helped me to make the right decision by providing fact-based information and his professional opinion. Dr. Swayze took an additional step of getting a second opinion from a different health provider to make sure the recommendation was sound. He took the time to talk and answer all my questions. His staff is incredible as well. After 2-3 months i was back to my old self. No issues.

I went in for hip pain, loosing mobility. X-rays showed arthritis in my hip. We talk about option. I will discuss with my family to choose the right option & time frame. Answered all my questions.

I am a patient Dr. Buress and when I asked the staff for recommendation on Dr. that was personable and would take time to explain and listen I was told to go with Dr. Swaze. He did not disappoint me.

I was made to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. It was 5:45 before I left the office. My problem was not resolved and I was told his office would contact me with an immediate follow-up. That was Thursday and today is Monday and I have not heard from the office. I am in a lot of pain. Dr, Swayze is a good doctor but is over whelmed with patients. He came recommended but I am really at my wit's end to get some help. It takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone also.

He was able to recommend a course of physical therapy that improved the pain in my neck substantially.

Dr Swayze was super nice from our first meeting. He really listened to what I was saying and we came up with a plan together for my knees.

First time seeing Dr Swayze and couldn't be happier. He was prompt, friendly, listened to me and diagnosed my problem on the spot. A cortizone shot and I walked out pain free. I have had both hips replaced at Pinnacle Ortopedics over the years and would highly recommend them. No problems and great follow up.
