He was awesome, caring, and truly seemed to understand what I told him. I don't think there is anyone out there as helpful as him in all aspects of pain medicine. Also, I agree with the reviewer who mentioned Cassandra and Natisse's attitudes and behaviors. Wow!

Dr Clemens was a good doctor, his demeanor & understanding was comforting for pain management patients and I wish him a good retirement. He unfortunately did not hire staff with the same understanding. His receptionist Cassandra was very unprofessional, rolling her eyes and badmouthing callers. His nurse Natisse was fine until Dr Clemens announced his retirement, then she became extremely hostile & rude and refused to do her job. I sincerely hope these women have found different career paths.
