Don't recommend nobody at this doctor office cause when you call the emergency line and leave a message they don't never respond when you have reaction side effect do to emergency Dr omar never return your call when its emergency when you call they phone staff very rude I seen Dr omar i vist twice 1 lab test they don't treat the patient right at this clinic put you threw stress and make your sickness worser when do to emergency call know answer back ????????

Dr & office staff are very professional & helpful to their patients!

it is hard to get refills. the pharmacy sends over the request but doc never sends it in. I have to call three or four times and comes down to the last minute. This is no way to care for a patient.

I have called several times to schedule an appt (new patient) and never get a return phonecall. Dissapointed was looking forward to seeing a good doctor..

I have visited with Dr. Manlapaz several years. He takes his time to speak with me, explaining the lab test or any other test he does. He encourages and gives advice. I appreciate all he has done to get me in balance with my thyroid Hashimoto.

I am 70 yrs old, have been a diabetic for 19 years. Also Thyroid issues for 20 years. Have seen too many endocrinologist, and never been actually satisfied. I had just ended my relationship with a previous doctor, I expressed my disappointment with my primary doctor when I went in to see her for my wellness exam and she gave me Dr. Omar’s phone number to see if they were taking new patients, we are in September now close to the year ending. I didn’t have a choice at this time but to see this new doctor. All went smooth, I met my new doctor, and I loved him instantly, he had the best bedside manners I have encountered in my old age. He took it seems like forever to go through all my medicine I was previously taking, did several changes. Sugar was off the roof at close to 300 and over at times! Stephanie, the office manager took me under her wing and helped me apply for assistance with some medication and insulin. They knew I couldn’t afford those wonder drugs, and offered samples for the time being until a reply came through. My sugar’s are at 95 thanks to my wonderful doctor, Stephanie, and their staff! I am home! I will never leave them! My life is content and I owe all my his to my wonderful doctor, Stephanie, and sweet staff! The staff is great! The practitioners are wonderful and Dr. Manlapaz is the best physician I've ever had. He makes me feel safe and comfortable and all physicians should have that ability with their patients!

Worst clinic I’ve been to because of staff. You have to wait weeks for an appointment, will leave you on hold for forever and that Stephanie manager only cares about the money. Wasn’t able to even see the doctor because of this. There’s a great Endocrine office in Colleyville I strongly recommend.

I had a great experience in this doctor office. I am usually up tight but this is my first visit. I felt good the staff was pleasant. The doctor explain everything to me , hey I even understand what the he was talking about.

Dr Omar Manlapaz and his Medical Assistant Kathleen they are amazingly nice, professional and will listen to you. The Office Manager Stephanie isn’t to nice or knowledgeable maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. I’ll add her to my prayer list, I was upset but nothing can break the bond between me and my doctor and his MA.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! They never answered calls and even if you leave voicemails they never call you back!!! Worst staff ever!!!! The do toner May be good but the staff is the worst!!! No worth your time

They are EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with. Had to leave a message that I needed a refill on insulin, which I need to live, and never heard back from them. A few days later they closed their offices for a week due to an ice storm and i was still unable to get a refill on my medication. I called them for days trying to reach someone but their phones were off. I ended up borrowing some insulin from a family member but when I finally was able to get back in contact with them they were unconcerned with my situation. They said it was my fault that I did not have an emergency reserve of the drug and that if it was really dire then I should have gone to the emergency room. Outstanding Endo and staff...

I have been patient of Dr. Manlapaz for a few yrs, he had a great staff, communication is excellent wit both him n staff. Dr. manlapaz is a great listener n a good at providing the best of care.

Dr. Manlapaz has worked hard to get my thyroid levels where they need to be and this week, I visit him, fearing my numbers would still be out of whack, only to have him give me the greatest news ever. All my numbers—ALL! are perfect! Kidneys, liver (which was high last time), my glucose levels, etc., everything was exactly where they need to be. This is to let all know that life sometimes gets in the way of appt's and to have staff refuse to see my daughter who REQUIRES a refill is unacceptable. I even had have issues with refills until I had a heated discussion with them. beta blockers and thyroid medication refills should not be held hostage to rude and inconsiderate staff. The office staff needs to stop calling patients when they’re closed. Leaves you no way to call back if you miss the call and then you have to wait till the office is open again to call. Dr. Manlapaz is very friendly and always takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns (and takes the time to address them). I feel like he truly cares.

Dr. Manlapaz is very imformative, and makes sure you understand your health issue and options. Mrs. Kathy is the best I have ever experienced with blood work. The staff is very friendly.

First time visiting this office. Staff was very courteous, and professional. Dr. Manlapaz was very thorough, friendly, informative, and polite. He answered all mine and my husbands questions patiently. Our time with him wasn't rushed. He called me himself to follow up on the results of my lab work the very next day. The front desk people were awesome and friendly. They had smiling faces and didn't ignore me when I approached the window as so many places do now days. The MA was very thorough and did a great job of dealing with my sarcasm and comments. She kept her concentration and yet was personable and pleasant. The doctor came in and was extremely pleasant and personable as well. He took his time to go over all my records that had been forwarded and he explained everything. He answered my questions completely and in a terms I could understand. He spent almost 40 minutes with me on my first visit. It was the best first visit I have ever experienced with a doctor. I would never go to this office, staff is RUDE. Making an appt is like pulling teeth. I was told i needed a referral from my pcp to see a specialist, and that is not true. I work for a specialist and a referral is not needed unless your insurance requires one. Michelle would not let me make an appt. I asked for a manager and of course shes out. If you have to wait for a PCP to send a referral on a non HMO then you're not getting any business. I would never go to this office, staff is RUDE. Making an appt is like pulling teeth. Dr Manlapaz is kind, thoughtful, gracious, and does not make me feel like I am one of a million responsibilities he faces that day. He gets full positive marks for his interactional skills. However, he tasked me to contact my insurance supplement plan to find which insulins they support - giving me the vague descriptions: long-acting and short acting insulin. After 2 hours I was connected to a Humana pharmacist who gave me possibilities. Should not the doctor have done this research?
