I had my Mom in Emergency yesterday and Dr. Francis is one of the Best Doctors that we have ever come across! So knowledgeable and so caring! He made our trying time much more liveable!!!

Dr Francis was informative, assuring and had a gentle calming wY about him. My daughter was treated kindly and Dr Francis was to have gone home but he stuck around to see what the test results showed. Then he waited for another Dr to meet with us before leaving for the night.
