He is the best doctor .. I used to visit many doctors and did not get the appropriate treatment .. I started the treatment sessions with Dr. Omar and I felt really better

Dr. El Abd is truly wonderful and excellent in his skill as a spine doctor. At first I was skeptical of cortisone treatments helping my very painful pinched nerve. My pain is now minimal (at the most and if at all) and I have Dr. El Abd to thank for it!

Dr El Abd is amazing! I've known him for about 8 years. He has fixed my back issues several times now. I would never go to anyone else...He's the BEST! I'm so glad that I found him.

Yesterday he gave me 3 cortisone injections in my lower back. This morning, for the first time in the past 6 or 8 months I am pain free.

I was misdiagnosed with sciatica and was found to have a stress fracture after an MRI 2 months later(fracture was healing but damage was done). I was referred to SSHO for pain mgt and after 9 months and 7 injections with no relief. I went to NWOA and had another MRI and was referred to Dr. El Abd. I am very pleased with everything, he has been treating my back specifically to get me to PT and keep me from any unnecessary surgery. The staff is wonderful and I recommend this practice highly!

Met with him twice--for assessment (sent me for MRI--severe disc herniation) and then a steroid injection. the post MRI follow-up was with the nurse practitioner, not with him (at Dedham Medical Assoc). They hadn't reviewed my MRI but touted steroid injections as the way to go. Was not advised of the side effects of steroids, procedure was excruciating and I had severe side effects. He became impatient during our appt when the injection caused intense pain. I ended up w surgery with another Dr.

Had severe chronic pain before seeing Dr. El Abd. After my 3rd visit with Dr Abd I was pain free for the first time in several years. Thank you Dr. Alabd.

Dr. El Abd is awesome!! I highly recommend him. He is pleasant and provides excellent care. He is the best option for spine related health!
