I can fully understand the strain this office is in especially when medical assistants go into the system and change covid test for friends but mostly for money. The doctor participating in such practices and covering with gifts is acceptable to keeping things running smoothly is deplorable. I rate this office a 1. I went and got covid tested on a Wednesday and it’s Monday with no call or update on results. The young lady said someone would call between 13:00-19:00 however they are only open from 8-12. I have called left a voice mail and no response then called back another day and the phone won’t even ring. My spouse also had testing done of another sort and this was in Aug and still hadn’t gotten labs back, he had to go somewhere else. It’s truly not cool to be lax on individuals health. I left emails and text through the patent portal and STILL nothing!!

This office is getting worse and worse! I've been going here for more then 10 years and used to love it but now Dr Awe has become to busy to give proper care. Most frustrating part is waiting on referrals that were never sent. Best bet is to do your own research and make your own appointments if possible. Meds take forever to be refilled or sent over PERIOD and instead of the staff communicating why in a timely fashion it leads to an emergency situation bc your left without the meds you need. If it were'nt for the pharmacy knowing this is an issue for so many of his patients I would be in a horrible spot. l've put this off long enough it's time to find a new Doctor!!! If I could rate this office a 0, I would. Let me say that the staff is great, but they are only as good as their "leader". Since his practice has gotten so big, Dr. Awe either has no time to listen or no time to pretend to do so. He spends less than 5 minutes in a room.I went there more than two weeks ago with no resolve. He ran labs and I trusted him to wait a week for my results. When I returned he still didn't believe what I was feeling and thank God I had enough sense to go to the ER immediately after seeing Dr Awe because my life depended on it!!!! Dr. Awe did not listen and discounted my symptoms. He even wrote that I suffer from depression in my chart without asking any standard questions. He was supposed to follow up on day 16 of my symptoms and I have not heard from him or the office. I would not recommend you putting your care in the hands of Dr. Awe. Dr Awe is the best! He always listens and tries to find you the best relief possible!!!The staff is amazing, very friendly and informative!!! 5 stars!!! Period!!!

Dr.Awe is an amazing doctor!! The receptionist was nice and friendly. The staff member that took a blood sample, she’s always RUDE!!!!! Not nice at all! Please give me someone else next time!!!!!

For a while, I had been looking for a primary care doctor in Hinesvile. I am so thankful to have found this amazing M.D. He is very professional and personable. He takes time to listen in a very ubhurried manner, and explains things. All staff members treated me with respect and understanding---blood work and EKG were done with ease and dignity. Front desk staff were especially warm and welcoming. Atmosphere is very clean, and exudes a very relaxing aura. This is indeed a great practice to visit. When I moved to South Georgia, I kept my doctor in mid-west Georgia and would drive 4 hours for an appointment. I got sick and met Dr. Awe at my local hospital. I’m so thankful! He truly cares about my health. He listens to me and really tries to do what is best for me. I’m fairly young with a lot of health issues so I love that he is fighting for me. Today, he actually did my blood draw. I’ve NEVER seen a doctor jump in and help the way he does. Additionally, he’s easy on the eyes and I love his accent. ??

I liked the doctor, nurses, and nurse practitioner, and when I first visited a week ago, I was hopeful they’d have answers for me about my condition soon. But I’ve been waiting three days longer than they told me to expect for biopsy results. They were supposed to schedule a series of tests and haven’t been in touch. I’ve called a handful of times and haven’t gotten through, and they haven’t called back when I leave messages. I’m frustrated enough I won’t be going back. Awesome staff and great doctor with great bedside side manners.

My first visit was in Midway, Ga it was very helpful. I just located new location and look forward to making him my primary care doctor for the future.

Dr. Awe is hands down the most caring and professional physician. I was referred by a friend and even though this was my first time at his practice, he and his staff treated me with the utmost respect, consideration and care. I have the utmost respect for Dr Awe and would refer family and friends all day, every day.

It took me a long time to find a doctor in this area that I felt comfortable using. I was traveling 4 hours to keep my old physician. Dr. Awe is caring and compassionate. His office staff is friendly and helpful. HANDS DOWN, BEST PHYSICIAN IN HINESVILLE!

The doctor is good but the staff is terrible. For one appointment, I arrived a few minutes early. The receptionist was helping a gentleman fill out paperwork and I just patiently waited. When they were done I approached the window and was rudely told that I was late for my appointment and now I had to wait for an availability. There are several other occasions that they were equally rude. I wanted to write the doctor to tell him of his terrible staff members but I am sure they would have intercepted my letter.
