Amazing Physician, great bedside manner and impeccable intelligence required to make the accurate medical decisions and give patients the right advice and treatment necessary for any medical condition. Very experienced doctor. As a registered nurse, I can confidently say he exceeds my expectations every time I see him. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor. He’s respectful and non judgmental. I quite literally trust this man with my life. Thank you Dr Or B! ??

Dr Brooker actually does exams on his patients. He is amazing and has helped people continue to have a higher quality of life. El Paso is very lucky to have a Physician of his caliber taking care of this special population.

Dr Brooker is thorough and to the point. Been going to him for years and is always very helpful.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Brooker and his Assistant Margie for years. I will not go anywhere else if I can avoid it. Recently had an ingrown toenail and Dr. Brooker was going to send me somewhere else. I asked if he could take care of it and the rest is history. My toe is now healed. No need to go elsewhere. Margie is God sent. My wife and I can't express how professional and caring Margie and Dr. Brookers service is. We will mourn the day Dr. Brooker retires ( PLEASE DONT RETIRE! ). I've been seeing Dr. BROOKER FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS HAS TIME TO LISTEN AND GIVES ME THE RIGHT MEDICATION AND WHEN I CALL THEY DO ANSWER EVERY TIME I SAW A POST WHERE THIS LADY SAID THEY NEVER ANSWER , BUT ANY HOW HIS AN REALLY GOOD DOCTOR.

I had a 2pm appt so I showed up 30 min early because I was a new patient & knew I was going to have to fill out extra paperwork. After turning in my paperwork, I was called in within 15 min, which made me happy. After taking vitals from nurse, Dr. Brooker came in pretty fast. He is super friendly so overall I was happy. I took a blood test and was told I would get my results the next day and I did. My overall visit was an hour so I will definitely be back. They are very fast & efficient. He doesn’t give his patients the time of day he comes in and hears them but doesn’t do his due diligence as a doctor. I would not recommend him. In fact, I’d recommend that he retire. So irresponsible.

If you are want a doctor who will listen to your concerns, then I suggest you look elsewhere! My 80 year old elderly mother has gone numerous times and he has failed to spend time to listen to her concerns. He has never done a thorough exam or lab work when she has had many unexplained issues. He simply sends her off with medication much like many physicians who overly prescribe medication. Furthermore. he had the audacity to keep my mother's medication after she complained about the side effects after she paid for it. He lacks compassion and integrity! Always has time to listen. Is not in a hurry like most doctors.

Dr Brooker is short to the point as he gives a diagnosis. He does not keep you long and is patient. He is the least busy of his group, so if you don’t want to wait 3 hours, ask for him.

Excellent Doctor, as a medical student, I have seen and worked with some very good and very bad doctors, but when I come into this clinic, his staff greets me by name with a smile. He is very smart, does not beat around the bush, he is not afraid to treat you like new doctors have been. He knows his stuff and I couldn’t ask for a better primary doctor.

Tried calling to get the address since the one on Google is out of date, no answer all options didn't answer or the mail boxes were full. Always more than a 2 hour wait.

I met Dr Brooker at physicians hospital when I was admitted there for a mistake the Dr I had at the moment had done. After I was discharged I was sent to see him for a follow up I was afraid to trust another pcp but I've been seeing doctor brooker for a little over seven years now and I wouldn't change my pcp ever. He's helpful he's s great doctor along with his right hand RN Miss Margie they both really helps im very thankful for all the years he's helped me so much. Even walk ins are great

I trust Dr Brooker's medical decision but the staff...It'll be a main reason to change our primary care. The office is unorganized. rude, never call you back. If your time is important to you, work with another office. I wish somebody reminds them that they are employed because of their patients, not other way around.

Had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours before I was even called in.

I went to his office on a Friday afternoon. The staff was very unprofessional rushing me through the process so they could talk about their weekend plans. When Dr. Brooker finally arrived in the room he treated me with a lot of sarcasm, as if I was bothering him with my questions. I went in to check my thyroid and ended up having hundreds of dollars of tests in which I did not want nor was I notified about.Trying to get through on the phone is another headache. The lines are always disconnected
