I called this week this clinic for an appointment with pediatric Karen Swarts ???????? and the assistant "Mudd?"???? "thats her name,?" "she told me." She was mocking me bullying on the phone, she was very rude lying to me, she told me first pediatric Karen was this week off and then she told me she was not any longer working there, and that still desorderly conduct from her to change what "she is talking on the phone?" ???? and then she referred me to a pediatric name Olivia Yuson and she told me her address was in Hernderson and that, I googled for Olivia Yuson and she is in Charleston so the assistant was very bad bullying me on the phone as I told her that I was looking for a pediatric close to my zip code address. Thats unforgettable of her to be that envious and bad bullying on the phone, I think she is envious and disrespectful with her bad lies, bad people like her needs to get fire of her illegal job making us waste our time on the phone really. ???? Amazing Pediatric Doctor, Since my daughter was born 2 years ago, every single visit she is present. Very thorough with explanations. Answers all our questions and is never in a hurry. As a first time parent we ask a lot of questions and she answers everything in details. Easy to get an appointment to see her. Location is very accessible as well. Dr. Yuson was a pretty good doctor which is sad because her staff is absolutely terrible. The girl at the front desk that answers the phone for Dr. Yuson and greets her patients is completely unprofessional and all around nasty. If you are looking to get your kids vaccinated go somewhere else because their excuses for not having vaccines goes from a refrigerator going down to a loss of electricity(4 appointments later) My advice, go to a doctors office that cares about your child's health....
