Dr. Olga V Szalasny

This woman is rude, arrogant and will cut you off constantly when speaking. Don’t go by Google reviews, research her on Vitals and other MD review sites to get an accurate picture of who she is. One visit to see this rude person and she’s already dropped the ball on my medication! Which proved she never listened to me.

Such a great doctor! Technically at the top of her game and so caring and empathetic. Sweet as can be

My visit with Dr. Szalasny let me feeling completely disregarded. She told me “I can tell just looking at you that you don’t have lupus.” And also told me that even if she ordered labs she wouldn’t diagnose anything based on them (discussing ANA) because I don’t look like I have lupus. She suggested fibromyalgia and did not seem to listen to any of the history that I gave her once she suggested fibro. Overall it felt like a huge waste of my time and money and left me feeling unheard and dismissed. Now, two years later, I am still having the same issues which have gotten markedly worse and have found a doctor who is willing to work with me to find answers rather than dismissing me. I would NEVER suggest this provider to anyone. Looking at a patient and telling them you can tell what they do or don’t have just by looking at them is not treating with medicine, it’s treating with ego, hubris, and opinion.

I've been seeing Dr. Olga for several years. I've been so impressed with her knowledge, skill and concern for my health. It's rare to find a doctor who really cares about her patients, I've found that in Dr. Olga. She does a good job of educating me on my condition and how to best avoid flare ups.
