The best doctor in the world has taken care of me for 30 years

Waited over 4 hours to see the dr as a new patient. Ppl who arrived after an hour or so of me waiting were called back before me. When he finally came in to see me, he wasn't in the room 5 min. Did not listen to any details of my issues. Did not schedule for a follow up. That sealed the deal for me, won't EVER go back here.

He seemed a little rude and clipped in his manner but maybe that was due to the language difference.

Worst "doctor" I have EVER seen, if you can even call him that. I went to see him when he was in Peebles for SSD evaluations, and they were actually closed for lunch during my scheduled appointment time! Then they were looking for "Jessica" the whole time, and it turned out they meant ME! My name is clearly NOT Jessica, and there was no Jessica there AT ALL. Then they didn't do half the required exams, and the actual "doctor" barely spent 5 minutes in the room with me, and refused to answer questions I had, although it might be because he didn't seem to speak any English-- or at least he pretended not to. Then I got yelled at for not having a voucher they wanted (I was given no such voucher), and ushered out the door. On my medical records I was later given access to, he put down the WRONG name, added surgeries I have NEVER had and omitted ones I did, added medications I have NEVER taken for health problems I've NEVER had, and as with my surgical history, all my actual medicines were MISSING, as were most of my allergies, relevant medical history, and family history. They also falsified information about my previous employment. I don't know if this was intentional, or if they mixed up part of my information with someone else's or what, but this is gross negligence, plain and simple! Was sent here by government office to be physically evaluated. What a joke; was I ever so happy to fill out the follow-up survey about my appointment with their chosen "medical professional." Without going into specific information, I've got neck/back/knee issues. Four hours past my appointment time (because his staff is making same day appointments for sick people along with government sent non-sick people in the same waiting room..."oh, do you need something to throw up in while you wait sir? You too, Ma'am?") Finally, I get called; only to have my vitals taken, then back to the waiting room for another hour and 45 minutes...geez. Again, my name is called,finally a room! An hour later, the doctor walks in and asked me if I know WHY I'm there. "Yes." And explain whyI'm there. Asks me to stand and I do. Asks me to do this and that; 2 I can and 3 I'm not able to do. Then he takes me in the hallway and has me walk without my cane 20 steps, turn around and walk 20 steps back. Complains it's taking me to long and he has other patients to see. So I apologized, told him I'd be faster with my cane. He replied it wouldn't be an accurate test then. "Then slow it is." Six weeks later I got my determination letter stating I WASN'T determined to be physically disabled by their medical professional. Since then I've not only won my disability, I moved to the county this doctor practices in. He is the house doctor at a local hospital and works in the ER there. He has misdiagnosed my fiancee twice and had to be taken once back to ER 12 hours later. And once to our family doctor the next day. Put 6 stitches in his finger wrong and our family doctor took them out and restricted his finger so it would heal properly. Saw me in ER, I arrived by squad after a fall, with excruciating pain down my left leg. He ordered trays from knee down. Nurse came in saying that doctor was discharging me because x-ray was normal. I said that's impossible, I can't even bare to put a toe on the floor and that doctor expects me to WALK out of here?! She said she'd ask him for crutches and something for pain. I thanked her. I was across from where the doctors sit and me and my fiancee heard both sides of the conversation. The nurse pleading my case because I was crying and sounded so sincere and the doctor say no to both requests because my x-ray was normal; "the patient is fine and let's clear that room of drug seekers." When the nurse came back in the room, I just asked for my discharge papers and told her I wasn't a drug seeker. And when I find out what IS WRONG with my leg,I'm suing that doctor. She gave me a thumbs up. My fiancee asked for a wheelchair and she got us one. As he wheeled me past the doctor's station, my fiancee cussed him out for failing me. I told my fiancee that was embarrassing, he said he was sorry and just upset because he knew something was wrong for me to be in tears and complaining like I was. Anyway, it took me 3-1/2 weeks to get into an orthopedic, who xrayed my entire leg. Informed us my femur was completely broken a couple inches above my knee replacement. I was taken by squad from the office to a different hospital where I had surgery the next day. I received a plate and 14 screws; it was almost a compound fracture. I was recently here for an appointment set up for me by another place who sends their doctors out to certain locations for their patients, so I did not see the doctor that practices here. However, the waiting room was absolutely disgusting. Some of the chairs looked like someone had peed on them, and there was at least 4 dried vomit spots on the floor. I definitely expect a cleaner waiting room when walking into a doctor's office, definitely did not seem sanitary at all. Based on the looks of the waiting room, I would definitely never recommend seeing the doctor that practices here.
