It's been 2 days and they haven't signed a simple signature for my medication that's poor and what if I needed my meds in a fire situation? Dr. Sanusi is a good doctor and my mom loves him; however in the last year he's had a habit of cancelling appointments last minute due to different excuses. There has been multiple times where my mom has waited for over an hour to be seen only to be told that Dr. Sanusi will not make it. It's unacceptable.

HORRIBLE!

He’s always saying he’s gonna be at the clinic and then out of a sudden something happens and he calls in he’s not gonna make it. He’s always making up excuses and not going to the clinic, I see that’s very rude and not being responsible. He’s a good doctor but he’s never there to see his patience.

11 yrs my mom been with him , hes a very good docter bt started having a habit canceling on her n other clients. Why call and set up an appointment then cancel at the end ? Never fails!
