Dr. Melnyk is very caring and takes time to explain things to you and ask how you are doing. I never feel like a "number" at her office. She also has some very nice nurses.

Dr. Melnyk is a wonderful doctor. She has always listened to any concern I have. She has always made me feel comfortable which is very important to me.

Dr. Melnyk has been my PCP for over over 10 years. She is very attentive and thorough. I truly feel she cares about my health as much as I do. I would recommend Dr. Melnyk over and over again.

I thought I found my ideal medical provider after searching for a good one for almost 2 years moving to Arkansas from Texas. I received two letters in the mail that I can no longer use her as my primary care physician. Once I called the office to speak with Cathy (office manager) as to why she said it was decided by Dr. Melnyk due to the patient-provider relationship. I’m not only hurt but also shocked. As an African American, it’s hard to find providers who truly care. I miss my primary care doctor in Texas who I was going to for almost 9 years. He saw me through a divorce, becoming diabetic, and then heart issues. Never once did he make me feel like he didn’t care or ignored. Never did I feel rushed through an appointment. I had Dr Melnyk as my PCP for maybe 15 years and always had what I felt was a good experience with her and her staff. I was beyond shocked when I received a letter in the mail yesterday put of the blue saying I was being dropped by her as a provider with no explanation at all. I called and spoke to Cathy the clinic manager and she was rude and gave no explanation aside from that it was the doctor's decision to terminate the relationship. I was astounded that I was given no explanation whatsoever and I felt it was highly unprofessional to say the least. However, after this type of treatment I am beyond happy to find another provider and have decided my next PCP will not be a part of Baptist. I Truly Trust Her With My Life. Good Bedside Manners

This doctor is all abt money. I thought she was a caring doctor, but that was until I became disabled and had to go on Medicaid. She welcomed my commercial health ins with open arms, but when I became disabled her office manager said that they do not accept Medicaid even though the state says that she does. Dropped me cold in the middle of a pandemic without any healthcare provider coverage. First do no harm huh???? I had a Dr. in Bryant Ar., but I moved to Little Rock. & Yes, Good Lord, I forgot an appt. Don't try to be a new patient to Ms. Melnyk and forget. God forbid!!! She banned me because I forgot!!!. I was hoping to use Ms. Melnyk's office for my primary care physician and diabetic medical expertise. I finally thought I would be able to get myself to be serious about my diabetic care. Unfortunately, like anyone else that's maybe 55 or older like me, I have memory lapses sometimes. I DO NOT appreciate Ms. Melnyk's attitude and disregard for my health in this matter!!! I WOULD HAVE EVEN OFFERED TO PAY AN EXTRA OFFICE VISIT FEE to see the person that I thought could help me make my life and my quality of living and health better. Does she think she is better than me?! Dr. Melnyk is so thoughtful, attentive and caring. I was very fortunate to find her. Hopefully she will remain in business as long as i need a doctor, lol!

I was very pleased with her professionalism and the sense that’s she still cares about the health and well-being of me as her new patient. She was very thorough and it didn’t take all day.

This is the only PCP I've ever had that I can be in and out in under an hour. She is extremely personable and I always feel comfortable to come to her. I'm also extremely impressed with her way of knowing exactly what a medical condition is immediately once she's seen it. Even with the proper medical name for it. She's sharp and a great doctor!! The best doctor! I’ve been to many doctors and she is by far the best. Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and caring. I had issues with sleeping. No other doctor was able to find out what the issue is. Doctor Melnyk saw that I have a deviated septum and referred me to the best specialist. I’m sleeping much better since the surgery. She is also a great listener and will explain things very well. Doctor Melnyk is amazing!

Dr. Melnyk is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients. She does seem rushed at times, but most doctors are. My only complaint is not being able to reach the clinic by phone when I need to do so.

This has been my Doctor for years, she is the best! Very personal, has bedside manners, professional. This will always be my Doctor, I hope she realized she is a special woman and as a patient I love her!

Dr. Melnyk is awesome! She is very knowledgeable as well as connected to the best should you need a specialist. I had bad back pain and she referred me to an awesome back specialist. Now back to normal life. She has treated my Mother, son as well as me.

She was my Dr for several years and somewhere along the way she lost my respect. Maybe it was when she told me that I couldn't lower my cholesterol w/diet & exercise bcuz I more than likely would never lose weight. She was upset bcuz I opted to try diet/exercise instead if stating which made her angry. Her exact words were: 'well if u have a heart attack don't call me bcuz I'm not coming to the hospital'. I have established care with Dr. Melnyk for a few years. From my first visit with her, I knew I had found a Dr. who actually listens and understands my health care needs. I have been under her care for almost a year and I have been Diagnosed with three other problems by other doctors and the whole time yes saying I'm find not doing any thing but referring me to other doctors very non concerning needed my regular meds need to come in pay a copay just a run around and sad customer service will withdraw soon as I can

Highly disappointed with this doctor. My experience with this doctors office was the most unusual that I have ever experienced. It was disappointment after disappointment. As a new patient, I attempted to schedule a wellness checkup with Dr Melynk and to my surprise I was told that before I could schedule an appointment with her I would need to fax my prior medical records over to her office. ok, no problem. Done. Next, I called in to schedule the appointment and was then told that I would be seeing the nurse practicioner. Ooooook, I guess. Im sure the practicioner is qualified but why couldnt I see the doctor whom I requested I asked. I wasn't given any specific reason but was just told that I would need to schedule with the practicioner only and the doctor would only see me if needed to. Never had I experienced this - per all the great reviews on this doctor I thought I would have an awesome experience here but I did not and will seek another qualified and humble doctor for services. I found Dr. Melnyk to be rude and very unprofessional. I seen her one time and it felt like I was in a fast food drive through line. She was in such a big hurry with me, she had no time to hear me out on anything. I don't need a burger & fries, I needed to establish new healthcare at that time in the LR area cause we had just moved here. I was disappointed in this doctor totally. I never even got to see the Dr. Her nurse practitioner kept trying to play Dr.even though I asked for the Dr not her. I was then sent a letter from them saying that they were firing me as a patient. No problem they are the worst clinic. Then they want to Bill you as they have seen you saying Dr took care of you. That is total bull. Save yourself time and trouble go anywhere else.

Dr Melnyk and her staff are professional. I'm an allogenic bone marrow recipient and continue my primary care with Dr Melnyk. She is always professional and attentive to my special needs. Because of my treatment, she NEVER hesitates to get me in quickly and has NO problem concurring with my other doctors when necessary. That is a RARE trait in the medical field. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Melnyk!

Horrible experience. My appointment was at 8:50AM and didn't get see till 11:50AM This doctor rushes you like she's making a cheeseburger a happy meal and she don't listen o what you say either. This was my first visit to her and it will be my last. Also she's very rude attitude and has bad bedside manners.
