I would like to share my highly recommendation about Dr. winkler and her clinic and staff! Dr. Winkler is one of the absolute best doctors of any specialty that I've ever had. My case was such a difficult case. I have autoimmune disorders, but all my fertility tests were coming back great. It didn't make sense that I'd had so many miscarriages prior to seeing her. The only thing she could see was that it was possible my body was constantly rejecting the babies due to my auto-immune response. We also found out that my husband had issues with his sperm too. So both of us together had a very low possibility of getting and staying pregnant without assistance. We had previously gone to see a fertility doctor at Cedars and she was extremely arrogant, condescending and just not kind. She actually didn't even do a thorough check on my husband's sperm. It was doctor Winkler who found the problem. She was exceptionally thorough in reviewing my prior medical records and in ordering all the tests she needed. Her treatment protocol was innovative and definitely outside the box of what other fertility specialists were doing. She listened to me as an equal. When I dug into medical research (I work in the medical research field), she kindly read the articles I sent to her and discussed them with me. She was consistently compassionate and just generally brilliant. While my actual fertility was great in that she was able to retrieve a ton of eggs, it still took us 4 embryo transfers before I finally stayed pregnant and graduated from her to my regular O.B. Each time she tweaked the protocol just a little and it worked! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Winkler and her staff. Even if I didn't end up staying pregnant I'd still write a glowing review because she tried everything and she listened. I will also add that a couple times I had to see her colleague Dr. Kalan due to timing of their schedules and he was a gem. The whole team at LARC is the best. My nurse, Maribel was on top of everything and a great communicator. I'll be returning to Dr. Winkler a few months after I give birth to get started on our final embryo transfer for our next baby. Dr. Winkler is the best of the best! After seeing several doctors before finding her, Dr. Winkler was the only one who was compassionate, positive and worked tirelessly to find a solution to start our family. She never made us feel like a problem that couldn't be solved. She is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and all-around amazing. With all of her other patients to see, she always made us feel special and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what to expect. She also has an amazing staff and nurse Maggie who held our hand along the way. When we first met with her my husband and I had already been trying to conceive for five years and gone through multiple IVF failures and devastating losses. I was 44 years old and ready to give up. So Thankful to Dr. Winkler for her expertise and ability to get us through IVF so effectively. Dr. WInkler is an amazing Doctor she will call me early in the morning or night just to let me know what was our next step and what can I say about her staff Lili and Margarita are the best always helping me with my late appointments, ultrasounds. medication refill and all my crazy questions they are the best!!!. Dr. Winker went above and beyond for me. It is not just her knowledge and professionalism, it is that she is very caring. I could say that I went to a number of fertility doctors here in the valley and Dr. Winkler surpassed them all! She was able to guide me through steps of various procedures to do in order to optimize my fertility. Not one Dr. I went to previously suggested any of this - most likely due to my age. Dr. Winkler and her staff were all so warm and caring. They really took the time to listen and gave me individual attention and a more personalized experience.

Dr Winkler, what can I say about her?! She is amazing! So kind and nice. As patient I had lots if fears and stress and she always helped me with everything, and listened to my concerns even when it was too much.. she was always there for me I would totally recommend her!!!! This treatment is not easy to anyone!! you need doctor that also can understand you and be there for you anytime you need, you should feel comfortable not only one more “number” in the list Also the staff are very friendly and nice.. they always checked up with me even after the delivery.. I was put in touch with Dr. Winkler and her team through Nest Egg Fertility to freeze my eggs. Dr. Winkler and her team are AMAZING!! I had the most positive and supportive expereince from start to finish. Yes, I was nervous. Most women are. I highly recommend Dr. Winkler and the LA Reproductive team to anyone looking to go this route. An extra special HUGE thank you to Amber, the amazing rock star nurse who was assigned to me. She was there for me every step of the way. No question too big, small or weird. I felt like, and did, have an entire team supporting me 24/7. I began my surrogacy procedure in 2013. During the process I was lucky to meet Dr Winkler, as the responsible doctor. From the very beginning Dr Winkler made me feel secure and safe. During the whole time I knew she's doing her best in order to make this process successful. She gave the most personal treatment a patient can wish for. She answered each and every question with an endless patience (and there were many of them...) and she became my own personal angel- dressed in uniforms. My surrogacy process wasn't smooth. But even when I was handling difficulties she encouraged me and made me believe that at the end- I will reach my goal and become a parent. Dr. Winkler helped me choosing the surrogate, she instructed me during the entire process and thanks to her everything became clearer. Dr Winkler helped make our dream come true. Being two females from New Zealand our options for creating a family were quite limited. We decided to take control of the situation as best we could and go to the US to do IVF. It was scary and very overwhelming just thinking about the whole process but once we found Dr Winkler things became much easier. She truly is a guardian Angel. We spoke many times via Skype before we went over and she put us at ease with her wonderful caring manner and obvious intelligence and experience. Because of the realities of nature we had a bit of a roller coaster ride but the whole way through she kept us positive and optimistic. We absolutely loved working with Dr. Winkler! We did IVF with a surrogate. She really took her time to explain all the steps along the way, we could always ask questions. When decisions had to be made she explained us clearly the options with pro's and cons and gave us her opinion but left us the freedom to make choices. She gave great advice from all the experience she has. We trust her and took her advice, she knew what she was doing! With a great result. We had some bumps along our journey to become parents but Dr. Winkler was always there, supportive, compasionate and positive! Dr. Winkler is by far the most caring, patient, understanding, and supportive physician you will ever meet! From the minute you meet her it is as if you have known her for years. She is very honest and transparent. She sets the right expectations. After struggling with infertility for 3 years I got pregnant with TWINS on the first IVF cycle! I can't remember when's the last time I ever made a review, but Dr.Winkler is one of the sweetest DR's ever, and so are her staff. I've been trying to have a baby with wife for the longest, since 2009 to be exact. I've been everywhere and she the best from all the Dr's that we've seen. the sad part about this story is my wife is still not pregnant. Me and my wife have excepted the fact that god doesn't want us to have a baby yet. but we will continue to try. and even with sad ending, the help and service she and her staff have given us, deserves more than 5 stars.
