I can not Thank Dr Thompson enough for always being so kind, helping me thru my issues , The staff also goes the extra mile to help with any questions, If your looking for a great caring, Doctor who will spend time with you, answer all your questions, This is your Doctor. UPDATE! This was from my past visits. Yesterday I had a Tele visit, I could not connect , I had reported it to the office 2 days in a row left message, My pass word, etc..major issues, I had waited for this appointment for weeks, only to be told. YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE! ARE you hidden me, ?? She Said " nope," why is everyone so cranky today?? REALLY?? Maybe because you honestly don't care , muchness have patience with us old folks, I finally after 20 mins on the phone pleading wither to just have the Doc call me direct, , I said, you know what, I will just have to find a another doctor , She says. ok and hangs up! and that was that. lol So I will no longer be seeing Dr Thompson, looking to find a staff who can be kind, patient and helpful

Dr Thompson is one of my favorite Dr.The hold staff are very nice and friendly.I would recommend all my friends to visit this office for an endocrinologist when you need a one.????

Dr Thompson is always very helpful and professional also Dr. G was interning with her and she was also very helpful and professional.. They they both gave me a Thorough exam and very attentive to my needs

I have been going to her for over 15 years. Always takes time, explains everything and very through. Her nurse Linda is also amazing

Dr. Thompson has an excellent background in diabetes care. She thoroughly reviews lab results, in addition, she examines the patient to see if any physical problems may be occurring. It was stunning to hear her inquire if I had seen her medical assistant for usage of my new pump. She provided (me) with the necessary forms for both future lab tests as well as a list of specialists for foot care. To be perfectly frank, Dr. Thompson most likely saved both my life as well as others by allowing me access to both an insulin pump and a sensor. I may have died without her care. Thank Dr. Thompson, Thank you Holy Cross staff!

Dr Thompson and her nurses are wonderful. She is thorough and spends as much time with you as needed! Would highly recommend Dr. Thompson!

Felt very welcome and staff was very caring. Keep up the good work.

I always get a thorough examination of me and the lab results with respect and care. We discuss all sorts of issues to better my health and treatment. I like to think of Dr. Thompson as an extended member of my family.

Dr. Thompson is the best, she has given me plans to put my health in my hands. Lifestyle choices can reverse my pre-diabetic issues, so far we have kept it at bay. Thank you to Nurse Linda at the hold staff. ❤

Best endocrinologist in south Florida

Although there was quite a delay getting to see Dr Thompson I have to say it was well worth the wait. Medical assistant Linda was kind and thorough. I felt very taken care of. Dr Thompson was also very thorough and clear in her directions.

While I had to wait some time for my new patient appointment, the wait was well worth it. Dr. Thompson was thorough in her exam and super professional and direct in her delivery of information and counseling. I appreciated the much needed wake up call to seriously commit to making better choices for my health and quality of life. Dr. Thompson’s support team was also phenomenal. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and took the time to explain all of the literature and new glucose monitor that I received. It was also super helpful and convenient to be set up for labs and a Nutritionist consult onsite, as opposed to having to coordinate that independently with outside providers. I’m happy to have found Dr. Thompson. Her office is closer to home, and their office administration/operation is efficient and effective. I have been seeing Dr. THOMPSON for several years. I have several endocrine issues and without her expertise I know I would feel horrible. It's always a pleasure to see her. She is so calm personable and thorough. I don't know how she does it. I know she has so many patients it's hard to keep up. (Don't miss your appointment or you might have to wait 6 months). Still she does not rush through the visit, answers all my questions, and makes sure all my blood work is looking good. I'd recommend her to anyone with diabetes or any other endocrine issues. Thank you Dr. Thompson! Side note: her nurse assistant Ms. Linda is also great! Nice as can be. I love her too! She's such a sweet heart and is also very helpful.

Arrived on time and was seen promptly. Doctor Thompson and her staff offers professional, curtesy, and prompt service. I was recommended to her, and I would recommend her to others.

Very impressive. Really enjoyed my first ad ppt. She was able to provide New information to me that my previous doctor did not.

1st time in years I did not have to wait an hour to get in to see the doctor. This time was only 40 minutes. Moral victory! Took plenty of time to talk with me. I had been upset that for the 1st time in years my order for blood withdrawal was sent to the wrong place so she could not have my results to discuss with me in person. Amazing Doctor who takes the time to explain to patients in every detail of the exam. Very personable and always on time with appointments.

This was my first visit. The staff was very kind and they made you feel very welcome. I saw Dr. Novelette. She wants facts and facts only. Very good Dr. she is extremely smart. Very professional. I’m looking forward to seeing her again.

I never ever have met a doctor with such caring for their patients than Dr. Thompson. She was brought from God to my life. Thank you Lord for such beautiful soul. There are still good doctors in this world and Dr. Thompson is one.

Dr. Thompson is a very caring and kind doctor. She takes time with you during your appointment to go over your questions and explain things. She gives great advise and you will never feel rushed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thompson for 17 years post thyroid surgery and she has always been the doctor I trust the most. She is extremely thorough, and is clearly dedicated to my overall health and well being. Thanks to her comprehensive approach during my semi-annual visits she had me see a urologist two and half years ago when my PSA level rose to a suspicious level, which subsequently resulted in the detection and successful treatment of early Stage 1 prostate cancer. When anyone asks me about recommending an endocrinologist Dr. Thompson is always my enthusiastic answer.

Very caring and thorough… excellent doctor ????

Dr. Thompson is phenomenal and a very thorough and conscientious doctor. She covers all basis of your health care needs, she listens, takes adequate time with you, shows genuine concern for her patients and respects your time. She's simply the BEST.

Dr Thompson was knowledgeable, thorough, explained things clearly, took her time and, in short was simply amazing. It is obvious that she cares about her patients. Simply put, she exceeded all expectations and I can not imagine a better healthcare experience. I highly recommend her.

I have visited Dr. Thomson a couple of times now. On my first visit she spent quite a bit of time with me. She told me I don't have to give up all of the foods I love and told me that I actually need carbs with my meals for my body to function properly. She changed a few of my meds as well. Since that first visit I have lost weight & my A1C has gone down. She also explained why she was changing my meds. I appreciate the time spent with me and love the outcome! I always turned down my regular doctor when he wanted me to go to an endocrinologist (years), I am glad I finally took the leap.

I have visited Dr Thompson for over a decade. She is one of the most proficient, compassionate caregivers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She treats the whole woman and tries to integrate my care with my other physicians. I am not an easy patient but she has diligently remained steadfast in her care of my conditions.

It speaks volume when a patient stays with the same doctor for over 10 years. Doctor Thompson is friendly, cares about my health and overall well being, understands my health issues and I trust her expertise.

I am pleased that there is an outlet for me to post about my interactions with and positive comments regarding Dr. Thompson. My visit to the medical center where I was seen by Dr. Thompson was promoted by a rather serious and sudden health complication, so I had little concern about which doctor I was seeing so long as it was someone who could point me in the right direction. I would not have believed the efficient and effective events that unfolded after my first consultation with Dr. Thompson. With his care, I immediately felt heard and cared for and he quickly went about developing a wellness plan and recommended and oversaw visits to emergency rooms and additional specialist appointments. I received actual calls from him checking in on me. He took the time with me to provide answers to my many questions in layman terms that I could understand and gave me comfort and confidence. I can’t remember a time or doctor who I felt this strongly about recommending to others. Dr. Thompson and her staff are extraordinary and extremely professional. The doctor is patient and very knowledgeable. She has always been a delightful person, well she is awesome!

Dr. Thompson is so far the best Endocrinologist I have come in contact with so far in the hospital. She explained what I wanted to know and give hope to be better than I am now.

Dr. Thompson is absolutely professional and kind and is simply the best in her field. She allows me to express my concerns but will always come up with a solution that works. I could not ask for a better endocrine doctor and I would recommend her to anyone who needs her .

I have been seeing Dr. Thompson over a year now she was highly recommended by one of my coworkers so when I googled her the written reviews were even better and I must say she is the epitome of what a Dr should be to a patient which is caring, very detailed and she get to the root of the problem and she is always reminding me to call her if anything does not feel right.

Dr. Thompson is a wonderful professional and human being. She is extremely knowledgeable while at the same time kind and with the willingness to pay attention and listen to her patient. She is not in a hurry to get rid of the patient. She is very dedicated and compassionate. She is the kind of doctor you want to have on your team.
