I can side with the people who have left their comment for Dr. Books here. He was the contact Dr for my MDLive session and I wouldn't want to encounter him again. He was not smiling, didn't seem to enthused about being the on call Dr, and I had to ask him if he wanted to see the patient. MDLive, please don't use him again. People pay too much money to deal with him behaving that way.
